Bright, spacious, and impeccably clean, the accommodation offered a comfortable stay with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and cafés, plus great amenities like fan/AC, a washing machine and an office nearby for any enquiries.
The downside was that one of the rooms felt a bit cramped, with limited space for suitcases, no cupboard, and no mirrors, so we had to store our luggage downstairs in the living room. It was also quite noisy in the other room, as it’s next to the road, you can hear cars and people constantly, making it difficult to sleep with the window open.

Je suis descendue à nice avec mes filles. L'appartement était grand, de hauts plafonds, bien équipé, confortable. Tout près de la plage et de la promenade des anglais et des transports donc extrêmement bien placé. La conciergerie était top, en particulier monsieur Aziz qui nous a aidé. Bref, si l'appartement était libre une prochaine fois, je le réserverai volontiers à nouveau.
Rien à reprocher, quand c'est bien, c'est bien.

Great location and very spacious
TV box doesn't work, shower is meh, we have seen a few cockroaches...

Very spacious, clean, everything we needed was there, the beds were comfortable, the location was perfect, close to the beach and the city center, the building was quiet, no noise coming from the neighbors.
The water temperature in the shower was very difficult to set, it was either boiling or cold. Also there was a strong smell of humidity/mold in the building stairs (not in the apartment itself).
