This charming apartment combining old world charm and modernity, is located in a beautiful Art Deco building in the famous Gambetta district, a stone's throw from the Promenade des Anglais, the beach and the city center. You will enjoy a cosy, modern and refined atmosphere.
Bright and south-east facing, this 40m² air-conditioned apartment, fully renovated in June 2021, can accommodate up to 4 travelers and is composed as follows:
Day space:
- Air-conditioned living room, on old parquet floor, with sofa bed, TV, integrated Bluetooth speaker, coffee table, dining area
- Kitchen open to the living room, perfectly equipped: combined microwave oven, hotplates, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, citrus press, washing machine...
Night space:
- Separate air-conditioned room with double bed. Dressing room with closet and storage space.
- Bathroom with shower, basin, WC
Sheets and towels included. Free Wifi (fiber optic internet). Reversible air conditioning. Welcome kit.

The Nice Gambetta district is one of the most popular in the Côte d'Azur capital. Located just a stone's throw from the city center, it will not fail to seduce you: belle-époque charm, art deco architecture, tranquility, ideal location...

Ker Riviera "Pros
- amazing location, right by the promenade and the beaches
- Air con was amazing
- Lovely shower, however the hot water didn’t often last long enough for more than one shower (they weren’t longer than 10-15 mins either)
- Really nice place, looks exactly like the pictures
- Convenience stores, pharmacies and cafes all nearby
Cons
- “integrated Bluetooth speaker” didn’t work
- Nespresso machine didn’t work
- No cutlery in the kitchen which was strange
- Says towels included - only small hand towels though so challenging to dry off after shower
- Says elevator - you have to walk up one flight of stairs to get to the elevator, just so you’re aware if you need accessibility
- Says shampoo, shower gel and soap would be provided but it wasn’t
- Key lock is difficult to figure out, was locked out for 20 mins late at night and the phone number provided for the concierge didn’t work - figured it out in the end but make sure they show you when you check in"

Ker Riviera "The apartment looks exactly like on photos, it's very beautiful and has everything that you may need. It's super quiet. We stayed there almost 1 month and it's really feeling like you staying at home.
Location is perfect as well, 5 mins to the beach and promenade, LIDL just downstairs and around 15 mins to the centre, so you can easily do everything by foot!"

Ker Riviera We enjoyed staying here for the 4 nights and the price was really good! - 10-15 min walk to the train station so we could go up to Antibies and Cannes and super close to the tram line where we could get the tram to the bus stop and get the 603 to Monaco. Barely a 5-minute walk to the beach / promenade and within 10 minutes you're in the main section with all the food and shopping. Aircon in both living room and bedroom were good in the 30 degree heat and a washing machine was a good addition to wash a few of our clothes. Lidl underneath if you needed any water / snacks and stuff so lots of things close by
