About this apartment rental
A cozy one bedroom apartment located close to Boulevard Gambetta, 500 meters away from the Tram and less than 10 minutes walking from the beach, in a lively and quiet area.
Space
Welcome to my apartment, calm and comfortable,
Located on the third floor with elevator, you will find all the comforts: space, secure parking, A/C, equipped kitchen, washing machine, balcony, Wi-Fi...
You will also enjoy a private and secure car park in the building’s basement. However, be careful on the access with a very large car, it is still of course possible but it requires fine maneuvering.
This apartment consists in a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and closet, bathroom with shower and WC, open kitchen on the living room with a sofa bed (preferably for children) and TV and access to the terrace.
Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, microwave, coffee machine and kettle.
This is a no smoking apartment.

Apartment is ideally located next to the tram stop called “Alsace-Lorraine” and the train station Nice-Ville.
The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Transit
The apartment is close to the beach and the Promenade des Anglais, Nice International Airport and the Tramway line (Alsace-Lorraine stop) to reach the city center in a few minutes.
Walk accross the street and you will arrive on the beach. You will also find many shops in the immediate neighborhood. (bakery, supermarket, banks, restaurants etc)
Walk along the Promenade des Anglais for 20 minutes and you will arrive in the Old Town, the historic and lively area of Nice.
IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE :
For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.
The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.
Smoking isn’t allowed inside.
Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.

This location is fantastic. It’s only 8 minutes walk to the beach and 15-ish minutes to Old Town (the restaurant area actually starts before Old Town, so that’s what I’m counting).
The staff of the rental company were extremely responsive, fabulous at answering questions right away.
We had issues with the shower, not draining properly, but we coped with it.
We also had issues that our car did not fit in the garage, but again, we found a workaround.
My biggest negative feedback is that the check-in process is a little bit complicated. You have to go to the rental company office, which is about 10 minutes by car away, to pick up the keys to check in. I’m not sure why they don’t have a lock box at the property to make self check-in easier. We had a car, so it just involved a little more driving. But for anyone who does not have a car, this would probably be a major pain.
But the location, and the price, was great. And the fact that the rental company was very responsive does make the check process easier than it would’ve been had it been less responsive company.

Cozy apartment, not right in the centre of Nice but close enough to walk to and very convenient for the Promenade Des Anglais and the beach.
There are many local shops and restaurants so a great place to stay for a visit to Nice.
