Sweet small apartment!

Apartment location was perfect, tram and also train station is nearby. You can easily walk to the beach or Nice old town. Very good restaurants and shops are near. Apartment has AC so you can relax in cold air. Also beautifully renovated!

We saw few cockroaches, this was disturbing. Also bed mattress is little bit tired and needs switching and outdoor lock wasn’t working properly.

Small and super comfortable, everything clean and more than enough equipment. Location is excellent.

It was everything we hoped for - great location and cozy apartment

I loved the location. Also, the apartment is perfect for travelling alone or with a friend/partner. We had everything we needed. Sofia was accommodating and she was always there when we needed some help. The apartment was really clean, and the bathroom looked amazing. We got a glass of wine as a gift and Sofia also put the effort to write down some nice places we can visit in Nice.

The only thing we struggled with was the overheating of the apartment. But it's always a problem in southern countries. Just make sure to vent a lot and use the available AC in the apartment. It's okay after a few minutes as the apartment vents quickly and without any further problems.

Excellent. A revenir une autre fois volontiers.

Très sympa, bien amenagé avec une touche de déco , équipé de tout. On se sent chez soi. Emplacement magnifique ; station de tram à 2mn à pied. Bien situé , proche du centre en tram et à pied (15mn), ainsi que de la gare Nice ville qui est à 10mn à pied. La propriétaire très sympa, nous a permis l'accès aux lieux avant l'heure prévue.

L’amabilité et la réactivité de notre hôte Sofie qui nous a permis d accéder à l hébergement plus tôt que prévu vu que notre vol arrive tôt… tout était parfait.excellent emplacement…

Ptt studio mimi et bien réfléchi, placement excellent pour la Prom des Anglais. Tram à 2 mins.

Emplacement excellent Hôtesse super réactive Endroit Super au calme (on est en mars, pas bcp de monde dans la résidence…) Studio propre et très mimi Des petites touches bien pensées (produit dans la douche, radio, adaptateur charger…) Tout était sympa J’y retournerai sans hésitation.

Il faut savoir que le lit est escamotable (se replie en position verticale dans son placard - le canapé s’aplatît ‘automatiquement’ sous le matelas….). Pour faire ‘descendre’ le lit, il faut tirer sur une poignée au dessus du canapé. Jusqu’à là ça va parce que des ‘bras hydrauliques’ portent le poids pour une descente douce. En revanche, pour le remonter, il faut être assez costaud ou deux pers. C'est tres lourd. (Sinon, le laisser en place pendant le séjour…). C'est le seul truc à signaler, mais il n’y a pas dix mille choix pour maximiser la place dans un petit studio et quand le lit est rangé, on oublie qu'il est là.

Die Lage in der Mitte zwischen Bahnhof und Meer ist Top, die Metro und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke. Es war alles vorhanden, was ich gebraucht habe.
