Good location and friendly hosts

- The sofa bed is not very stable/comfortable as a sofa, but ok as a bed. - A bit noisy because it's facing the main road, but you cannot hear anything if you keep the balcony door closed.

Next time I will be in Nice, I would like to stay here .

I liked almost everything! Everything you need is there. The location is very good, shops, laundry, bakeries nearby, it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the sea, 8-9 minutes to the tram stop, 15-17 minutes to the train station. The owner of the apartment is very responsive, kind and helpful! Next time I will be in Nice, I would like to stay here.

It's not that I didn't like it, but my husband is tall and the sofa was too small for the two of us.

Bed settee wasn’t very stable kept tipping over not allot of space for clothes etc could do with some drawers

Funktionales, nettes Apartment für einen Aufenthalt allein

Ich wurde sehr nett empfangen und das Appartment ist schlicht, aber hat absolut alles, was es braucht (Fön, Bügeleisen, Kaffe!!!) und eine persönliche Note. Die Lage ist super und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ebenso. Ich komme gern wieder!

Хорошая квартира-студия в многоквартирном доме. Милый небольшой балкончик очень добавляет шарма и удовольствия. Несколько раз ужинали не нем, отлично. В номере есть кухня, микроволновка, нормальный холодильник, варочная панель, электрический чайник, кофеварка, набор посуды. Кровати отдельной нет, диван раскладной, спать на нем. В сложенном виде диван вел себя странно и кулялся. Поэтому мы один раз его разложили и больше не складывали, и отлично было на нем разложенном и днем сидеть. Спать тоже было удобно. Самое главное -- кондиционер 😆 Работал прилично. В Ницце было так жарко и душно, когда мы были, что мы просто с радостью возвращались в нумера под кондиционер. Ночью тоже его не выключали. Хорошо работал, не дул в голову. Расположение апартаментов отличное. Пешком можно дойти до пляжа (английской набережной), центра Ниццы, вокзала.

A fuir !

Vollet et machine à laver inutilisable. Cabine de douche cassée. Climatisation défectueuse constatée par le propriétaire. Annonce mentionnant 1 salon et une chambre soit 4 couchages au total, alors qu'il n'y avait qu'un salon. Les propriétaires de mauvaise fois quand je les informe que leur annonce est mensongère. J'ai signalé dans l'heure qui a suivie notre arrivée que le vollet était cassé et ils ont entrepris des réparations sans succès et 2 jours après mon départ ils me réclament de payer l'ensemble des réparations ! J'ai loué l'appartement pour une personne et je les ai informé que nous serions 2 finalement. Ils m'ont demandé de payer 20 euros par nuit supplémentaire, ce que j'ai trouvé exagéré car il n'y avait pas de linge de lit supplémentaire. Je suis effarée par le comportement des hôtes. A fuire !!!

Super mieszkanko, polecam

Przede wszystkim wspaniali gospodarze :) super lokalizacja, przystanek pod blokiem, niedaleko do stacji tramwajowej. Mieszkanie przytulne, fajny widoczek z balkonu ❤️

Tak mi się przypomniało, że przydałaby się może suszarka do włosów :)
