La ubicación en el corazón de Niza hizo nuestra experiencia fácil y placentera. La limpieza nos hizo sentir cómodas, cocinamos sin preocupaciones y pudimos descansar en un lugar tranquilo.
El check in fue muy tarde y cuando llegamos no estaban las llaves para la entrada autónoma. Alguien llegó a darnos las llaves y terminamos entrando 6pm, 1 hora después de lo acordado.

Me gustó la ubicación y el trato del anfitrión, muy atenta, limpio y espacioso… tenía lavadora lo cual es un punto a favor
La persiana estaba en mal estado, nunca pudimos abrirla, el aire acondicionado tampoco funcionaba del todo

The room was well located, close to tram stops and a 5 minute walk to the beach. You could do everything walking from there. The host was kind and showed us around, although the communication beforehand was not top notch, we had to call her and let her know for her to come find us rather than just giving us information on how to get the keys on our own, which for me is better.
In my opinion it's a shame that they won't invest and buy a bed to put there instead of the couch that turns into bed. It would make the place better and more comfortable.

Good location, clean, useful kitchen area and dining table but description is misleading.
We imagined this place had a bed as per the description and as suggested by the photos, however, it has an extremely uncomfortable sofabed and we hardly slept.
There was no curtain, only a shutter so it was impossible to have both ventilation and privacy at the same time.
