Location was great, and well situated just a few blocks from the promenade and great access to restaurants and Old Nice.
Unfortunately this was a very uncomfortable apartment during the summer. We were provided with a portable air conditioning unit which required an open window for it to be vented properly. The unit was incredibly noisy and made it hard to sleep, and often contended with a lot of noise on the outside through the open window which meant we were having some sleepless nights. A shame as I think this apartment would be otherwise fine during colder months however could really use from a built in unit or at least ceiling fans to make the apartment more bearable.
