Perfect location to reach major points and the tram. It is far from the old city's noise, but still easily accessible. The window sees the nice plants. Elevator is a plus. There was a beach umbrella in the closet. I think it is a big plus.
An unexpectedly small apartment, even for a single person. When you turn the sofa into a bed, you can't find a place to put your luggage. Cleaning was not done nicely. A dirty carpet was hanging on the little balcony. The property asks for 500 euros as a deposit after confirmation. It is not written clearly, or I didn't notice idk. Please be aware of it.

Très bien équipé, bien décoré et excellent emplacement.
Très petit, une fois le lit déplié.
Mauvaise literie.
Voisins très très bruyants (fenêtre de gauche).
