We stayed in Nice for a few days and chose this apartment mainly for its excellent location. Everything was within walking distance — the sea, promenade, market, and small grocery shops. The apartment also offers a nice view of historic buildings, which we really enjoyed.
What we liked: the location is truly excellent, and being able to reach everything on foot made our stay very convenient. The view from the window was also a pleasant bonus.
What we didn’t like: the apartment feels quite dated and worn. The shower is not working properly, with very weak or uneven water pressure. There is also a noticeable sewage smell, likely due to the age of the building, which is why we needed to keep the bathroom door closed — however, the door is difficult to close properly, and with the windows open this becomes quite inconvenient. The kitchen lacked a cutting board, the towels had a slightly damp smell, and most of the wardrobe space was taken up by cleaning equipment, leaving little room for clothes.
