駅も海もどちらも徒歩圏内。生活必要品が揃うお店に囲まれているため自炊生活していましたがコンビニがなくても困らなかったです。小さい外窓とベランダのない最上階で二重鍵、オートロックなのでセキュリティは良いです。ニースをベースに旅する拠点にするにはコスパいいです。とりわけケチった分の代償エクストラマネーを支払うこともなく最終日無事退出できました。
6階最上階でエレベーターなし。下の階の住人とすれ違うと結構皆息切れしてるみたいでした。
一枚板のドアなので周りの住人の音が筒抜けです。隣のイスラム系のニガーが毎晩のように叫んでるのにはビビりました。

Per una o due persone c'è tutto ciò che occorre per un bel soggiorno. Cucinare, dormire, rilassarsi, guardare il panorama dei tetti
Le scale sono molto belle, però certo non sono poche. Ma si fanno con piacere alla fine. La porta del bagno dovrebbe garantire un po' più di privacy se si viaggia in due.
