Reception was nowhere near the room. When I paid a deposit (which is rediculous in and of itself) I was told i'd have it back within 24 hours of leaving the property. 2 weeks after our stay I had to call booking.com to get my deposit back. Didn't get it back for over a month

Nice balcony view, close to beach, full kitchen

Bathroom has damage in the ceiling, shower was uncomfortable (hand held shower head in a bathtub.) ,pull out bed.

The instructions contained an incorrect address, which caused unnecessary inconvenience upon arrival. We initially went to the wrong location and then had to walk a considerable distance to another address in the Old Town to collect the keys. In addition, while I was allowed to leave my luggage free of charge upon arrival, I was later charged for luggage storage after check-in. This inconsistency was disappointing and left a negative impression of the overall experience. Furthermore, the pillows were dirty and covered with black spots, which was unacceptable and raised concerns about the cleanliness standards of the accommodation.
