La posizione e lo staff molto cordiale. Inoltre è molto pulito
C'era una macchia di umidità nel muro. Inoltre c'è stata poca chiarezza sulla cauzione: mi avevano detto che sarebbe stata una preautorizzazione invece è un pagamento vero e proprio che alla fine restituiscono. Sono tornata a casa da 4 giorni, hanno disposto la restituzione ma ancora non ho ricevuto nulla.

Безусловный плюс - месторасположение. И вид из окна вполне симпатичный.
Требуется ремонт: грязные стены, подтеки.. Неприятный запах в квартире. Плохого работает душ, не сливается вода. Шумный кондиционер. Ужасные подушки! Отсутствие штор, от них осталось только крепление на стене. В целом квартира очень маленькая. Двоим будет сложно разместится. О большинстве недостатков писали другие туристы, но никаких изменений не было сделано. Хотя что проще , например, повесить шторы?
