Das Apartment liegt etwas ausserhalb in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. In nächster Nähe zu Autobahn und Bahngeleise, aber das weiss man ja im voraus. Eigentlich war alles vorhanden, das man braucht. Ein Parkplatz auf dem Areal ist vorhanden. Im Haus wurde umgebaut, sodass wir nach drei Tagen das Apartement verlassen durften und uns der Eigentümer eine sehr gute Alternative im Hafenquartier von Nizza angeboten hat - wirklich ein toller Service, welcher wir sehr schätzten!
Vieles war defekt: Türfalle an der WC-Türe mussten wir mit Klebeband befestigen, ebenfalls die Abdeckung der Heizung im Wohnzimmer. Im Schlafzimmer funktionierte weder das Licht noch die elektrischen Dosen. Die Dusche ist extrem klein. Alles ist etwas schmuddelig und in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bett ist sehr kurz (185cm?) und für zwei Personen zu schmal.

Très bien situé, avec parking, très bien équipé, idéal seul ou en couple. Propre et moderne. Communication avec l'hôte rapide et compréhensible.
Parking plein en soirée, pas de place vraiment attitré.

few things were in shabby state (broken toilet door handle, clogged drain in the sink, one of the lights in the bathroom), some noise from the railway and neighbours
