Appartement au centre de Nice

The apartment is conveniently located just a 5-10 minute walk from Nice-Ville train station, which made it very easy for us to travel to nearby cities during our stay. Another feature we appreciated was the Smart TV in the living room, which was a nice addition.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the flat was well below expectations. There were stains in both the bathroom and the toilet, and the towels provided were dirty. On our first day, we used the broom available in the apartment and swept the floors ourselves, collecting a significant amount of dust and hair. The bedroom walls were also visibly dirty and stained. While the kitchen was well equipped, many of the utensils and appliances did not appear to have been properly cleaned. Additionally, the shower could use some maintenance. The water pressure was quite low, and the bathtub drain frequently clogged, making it difficult to use comfortably. When we arrived, the A/C was not working properly as advertised, but the host managed to solve the issue within a couple days. Overall, the apartment has potential, but the cleanliness and maintenance issues affected our stay.

Die Lage ist spitze. Direkt vor der Tür fährt im 3-Minuten-Takt die Straßenbahn und man ist nach drei Stationen am Platz Massena. Vor der Tür befindet sich alles was das Herz begehrt: Wochenmarkt, Restaurants, Bäcker, wirklich toll. Der Kontakt zur Wohnung ist sehr gut, Danke fürs frühere Einchecken und dass ruckzuck die Toilettenspülung repariert wurde. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, schöne große Fenster im Wohnzimmer.

Das Schlafzimmer ist ein großer dunkler ungemütlicher Raum. Kein Licht, die Stehlampe funktionierte nicht. Eine Nachttischlampe wäre gut. Die Matratze hatte eine Plastikfolie herum, ich fand das unangenehm. Ebenso wie die riesige warme Decke - im Juni! Der Duschkopf müsste mal erneuert werden- wirkte schon etwas alt und kaputt und kaum Wasserdruck.

Proximité du tram et du centre ville

Manque d entretien du logement. Nécessiterait un rafraîchissement. Manque d’entretien et de lumière !!

Bien situé près de la gare et avec un arrêt de tram direction le centre-ville juste en face. Appartement gmobalement confortable avec de la place. Très bon accueil et suivi lors du séjour.

L'appartement manque d'entretien : poignées de porte cassées, support du pommeau de douche rafistolé, peinture défraîchie, etc. Ménage perfectible avec de la poussière. Manque d'ustensiles dans la cuisine : verres et couverts en nombre insuffisant.
