The apartment is really lovely and is in a great location. It’s much bigger than I thought from the pictures which was a pleasant surprise. They have everything you might need from a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, hairdryer, air fryer etc. The owners are lovely and super helpful and replied really quickly to any questions or issues we had. I will definitely be checking the availability here for my next trip to Nice.
Can’t really think of anything!

great location. AC in all the bedrooms.
only one toilet, floors very noisy when you walked in the bedroom.

The location was excellent
There were live wires hanging from the bottom of the heated bathroom towel rail. There were live wires hanging from the light fitting in one of the bedrooms. The place smelt of curry and when I looked in the kitchen cupboards there was a large unsealed pack of curry powder and some curry spices that were four years out of date. The sofas were old and shabby. This apartment is in a very good location in a lovely block of flats. It was shabby and it needs to be looked after better, some refurbishment required.
