In general it was a very pleasant experience: clean apartment, friendly owner and great location. The host is very friendly and welcoming even though we didn't meet each other - all communication was online through WhatsApp, very clear instructions on how to check-in. We liked the location - 15 minutes of walk towards the beach. Supermarkets around. The tram stops. Airport nearby. We stayed in the room "Antibes" for three nights. We liked almost everything about it.
The only two minor disappointments were the poor shelf (it's not enough for staying there more than 1 night) and higher audibility with the nearest room (I would go for the "Monaco" room instead for the next time).
