Great apartment in Nice

Location was great, there was a tram station right across the street - from there you could get to the center, airport (in 15 mins), and any other city in the French Riviera/Monaco The apartment was very spacious Well equipped apartment - kitchen had a lot of appliances including clothes washer, ironing, etc, there was a towel dryer in the bathroom, air conditioning Fast internet All rooms had balconies The host is very nice, very responsive and always available

One of the beds in the bedroom was a sofa bed - not very comfortable Kitchen light didn't work Bathroom door made a LOT of noise The oven was very dirty

I wouldn’t hesitate to book again if ever I was in the area.

The communication from Zafer was first class. The hosting from Maamar was excellent. The location was ideal - close to the airport & on a tram route on a direct line to the centre of Nice. The kitchen, though shared, is well resourced. The balcony was a bonus.

Wine glasses would have been a bonus - but that’s being picky!

The location was really good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We got there 3 hours late because of our flight, and they managed to give us the keys. The apartment was big and had a balcony as well.

The beds were really uncomfortable and creaked when sleeping. Also, the bedsheet was a bit smelly, not too fresh. The apartment was also a bit loud at night, even with the doors and windows closed.

Great value for money – totally worth it!

The airport, train station, city center, and beach were all within walking distance. Tram stop right in front of the building. Fast and responsive communication via WhatsApp. Highly recommended for less demanding travelers planning a shorter stay in Nice. We stayed for 4 days and it met all our expectations perfectly.

muy buena ubicación y los dueños muy amables. Nos permitieron dejar las maletas antes del vueling sin ningún problema, muy atentos

la puerta del baño era muy dura al cerrar y hacía mucho ruido, la cama un poco incómoda, pero por el resto genial

Все было очень хорошо. Квартира находилась в очень хорошем месте, рядом с квартирой остановка трамвая. Рядом аэропорт, пляж тоже в пешей доступности. Кровать удобная. Единственное что я не знала что будет общая кухня… но возможно я не прочитала внимательно в описании… но в даже это нам не мешало… Мы остались довольны.

Los vecinos dejaron la luz de la cocina prendida a las 12:30 de la noche y no pudimos dormir hasta la 1:30 que fui a apagarla. Nuestra habitación no tenía cortinas por lo que entraba toda la luz. Lamentablemente el día que llegamos el ascensor no funcionaba por lo que mi novio debió subir dos valijas de 30kg cada una los 4 pisos😭

Perto do aeroporto.

De ter tido o checkin antecipado, o que agradeço muitíssimo ao proprietário. Das instalações da cozinha coletiva, muito bem equipada. A estação do tram era bem em frente ao prédio.

O quarto minúsculo, não tinha lugar nem para abrir uma mala, quanto mais duas. Não tinha espaço sequer para ir para o outro lado da cama. Não tinha toalha de rosto só uma toalha de banho para uma semana. O banheiro ficava nojento a cada hora que alguém fazia cocô no ap. de cima ou de baixo, porque surgia no nosso vaso. No penúltimo dia a água do chuveiro não esquentou. Para entrar no primeiro dia tinha que ligar pra concierge. Muito Difícil de fechar as portas do quarto e da área comum, era uma luta todo dia. Subúrbio de Nice, Longe de tudo e nada por perto. Perto mesmo só o aeroporto, que estava apenas a duas estações do tram. Bem longe da estação de trem e 40 minutos do centro no tram. Tem que gastar muito com transporte todos os dias, se não comprar um passe de 20 euros para a semana. .

Chambre dans petit appartement partagè, ce n est pas dit clairement sur booking. Espace cuisine et commmun tres juste quand tout le monde est prèsent. Nuisance forcement.

Przystanek tramwajowy od razu pod mieszkaniem, za 20 euro na 7 dni bilet na wszystkie tramwaje i busy.

Na łóżku były tylko 2 malutkie poduszki. W pokoju brakowało jakieś ozdoby na ścianie, czegokolwiek np. obrazu
