L’emplacement est idéal ! On peut tout faire à pied, que ce soit du shopping, du tourisme ou la plage.. tout est proche !
L’appartement est bien équipé, on a manqué de rien.
Le kit de bienvenu est très appréciable et merci pour les fameuses chips niçoises :)

Axes d’amélioration :
Un deuxième petit canapé au lieu d’un fauteuil serait appréciable.
Un rafraîchissement en terme de peinture, mettre un petit coup de blanc..
Une place de parking serait magique !
Lits peut-être un peu haut (à bien préciser en cas de convalescence)
Séjour très appréciable, nous reviendrons probablement !

Location is great.
Check in time is not flexible. Pay attention to this before making your booking. No check in after 19.00. I found this very inflexible since there are many different solutions available at other places I have stayed. We had to book another room for the first night since we arrived to Nice with a late flight.
I agree with the other reviews of the bathroom. It is outdated and would need thorough cleaning. I find the apartment ok but would probably book something else if I visit Nice again.
