Unsafe Property, Personal Injury, and No Support! I stayed at 96 Gosaumühlstraße, Seehaus, 4830 Hallstatt, Austria (man
Nice view and good location.
The entire glass door in the master bedroom second floor suddenly collapsed during normal use, falling directly on me. This caused serious injuries including bruises on my knees and hands, a back sprain, and severe shock. The accident happened due to improper installation and unsafe maintenance, not any misuse. The management company (Stark Holidays Team) tried to shift responsibility and delayed any proper follow-up or inspection. • Booking.com also failed to respond within 48 hours, providing no written guidance or professional support. • This was not just an inconvenience, it was a serious safety hazard that endangered my health, and both the property and Booking.com showed unacceptable negligence and unprofessionalism.

The location was amazing, easy walk to everywhere - even to the P2 parking. The decor lovely, and it had everything we needed. The direct access to the lake was incredible for a refreshing swim during the peak business of the afternoons. The evenings were beautiful and quiet.
Minor, but noticeable - the shower didn't drain well after first of four to use it, and the espresso machine front needed to be held it to function (the french press backup was missing a simple screw to hold plunger together). But we survived! Just make sure you have whole beans for espresso machine.

Great view and location was great, just a short distance from the pier
Property is unreachable and unresponsive despite numerous attempts, be it calls or messages. We booked two apartments for pax of 7 but only one apartment was accessible and we were locked out of another ("Boothaus"). Ended up having to squeeze 7 ppl in an apartment which is meant for 4 pax.

Overall was good because of the beautiful view.
The location and the views are amazing.
Nothing was provided except towels in such an expensive room price. The shower drain is clogged, so you have to turn off the tap several times while showering to let the water drain; otherwise, it will overflow. In addition, the sofa and dining chairs are somewhat dirty, covered with dust and stains.

Location. And the property was beautiful! Large bedrooms, gorgeous bathroom.
A fan would be nice for hot and humid days.
