This is a fully furnished property surrounded by greens, mountains and fresh air. I like the quiet and cozy atmosphere. Ulrike is extremely friendly and helpful.

The location is nice and the house is clean. The host is kind and gives clear details on how to get to her house. The kitchen is fully equipped.

It could be even better if I was given prior info that I have to prepare my own bath foam, shampoo and conditioner. From the host pics, I thought I could enjoy comfy seats with open garden and starry night however there was only a small pavilion.

Everything about the accommodations were perfect. Conveniently located within walking distance to town and many hiking trails. The ability to park our car here kept us from needing to find parking in town, which gets very busy.

Comfortable and modern home in idyllic tranquil surroundings

From the moment you reach the location of the property you are left in amazement of the tranquil surroundings. The property is located about 20 minutes walk from the town square and about 8 minutes from the Salt mine entrance. The host maintained good communication with us on the lead up to our stay and told us how to get hold of them if we needed anything, replies to any questions we had were met with prompt replies. When entering you are met by a modern, cosy and well equipped property which has everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. The bean to cup coffee machine was a great bonus and makes wonderful tasting fresh coffee. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with comfortable beds and extra covers if you get cold. There's blinds on the windows which do a great job of keeping light out too. The kitchen has everything you'd need to cook a meal, we picked up some frozen pizzas in the market down near the main square and cooked them in the oven for one meal time, then sat at the table as a family and enjoyed it. There's also a washing machine and tumble dryer along with an iron and ironing board if you need it, we didn't have to use them but it's nice to know the option was there if we did. If you're looking for somewhere comfortable and peaceful to stay on your trip to Hallstatt, I'd definitely recommend this place. I know I'd rebook this lovely home in a heartbeat if I were to return.

Beautiful location

Great accommodation in a beautiful area about 10-minute walk from the centre of town. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and allowed us store our luggage for an extra few hours after check out time. Hallstatt is a beautiful place and is worth spending a couple of nights rather than just a day trip with the crowds.

Good clean facility, good location. Everything was fine except the check out time.

Check out time was too early (10 am). The cleaners were literally at the door at 09:55 hrs knocking on the door. Why would they expect tourists to wake up so early on their holiday in order to get out of the property ?

A perfect option to explore the village Hallstatt

We had a very good time staying in Ulrike's place. The house is just 10 mins walk away from the Hallstatt village is just 5 minutes away from the salt mine funicular. The house itself is very nicely equipped and is very cozy and comfortable to stay in. We would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Apartment in Hallstatt

Hallstatt is a postcard of a town, absolutely stunning. The apartment has private parking, inside the house gate, free and secure. Everything in town is within walking distance, and close to the woods and hiking trails, as well as the tram up to the Salzwerk. The kitchen was wonderful, well-stocked with everything we needed. The owner lives in the attached house, and was quick to assist with questions, even over Christmas. We had a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend the property.

The house was beautiful 😍, it had every amenity one would ask for. Located at a beautiful place, 10 mins walk to the Hallstatt city center. The house was perfect for my little girls, with snow outside and rooms overlooking the mountains. Recommend to stay here anytime instead of the city center

Nice little gem

Nice clean accommodation. Bed is comfortable and bedding smell good. Full equipped kitchenette. Complementary with coffee, hot chocolate, and varieties of tea made our morning start more pleasant. Watching machine and the dryer saved us from wearing dirty clothes after ten days on the road. Communication with host as well as checking in was so smooth. Host kindly allowed us left our cars at the apartment,for the sight seeing after check-out. Location is about 10 minute walk to the center.
