Not worth this price

Location is so good

It is not clean. There is so much hair on towels. Photos are not real; you dont see the lake from window.

Beside a police station so you are very safe.

The rooms are good and the toilet is big. There's a kitchen where you can cook also. The staff number provided as help is helpful too.

That they didn't provide a refund when I told them we will only stay 2 nights.

Extremely disappointing.

Staff onsite was very polite and patient She had amazing social skills and was very calm even under extreme pressures and stressful situations.

Owner of the property was extremely rude and was yelling over the phone to both me and her staff At one point, when I told the lady on the phone to give me a minute so I can speak to explain the issue, she hung up on me. Owner threatened to deduct money off my card because they now have my credit card details AFTER kicking me and my family off the property at 8pm I had to call the police to come and resolve the matter because owner simply refused to have a conversation with me Issue: according to booking.com, I had already paid the full amount (I have receipts of payment in booking.com and bank statements). According to owner, I had not paid the full amount. I was travelling with sick parents (moms a cancer patient and dad is a stroke patient) who were so excited to travel to Hallstatt, only for us to be kicked off the property with nowhere to go at 8pm. Extremely disappointing experience. Was so tired from travelling to Hallstatt and after that having to deal with a screaming and uncontrollable owner, the police and being threatened with taking more of my money after getting kicked off. Ridiculous.

The room is very large, and clean. We got lots of extra drinks as bonus and they provide all tools you need to eat, drinks, cook, even bath. Location very strategic and near the lake

Good and Relaxing Appartment

Property was one bedroom appartment, one living area, kitchen and bathroom. Everything in the appartment was neat, clean and maintained properly. Sofa was comfortable, kitchen had all equipments, bathroom had all required amenities, bedroom had king size bed with dining table and extra seating area which can be used as extra bed for one child. Curtains and blinds were nice and functional. Extra heater board was available which can be used anywhere. I have given 9/10 as TV was not available in the property and I didn’t carry any laptop/ipad/tab.WiFi was good and with good speed.

TV was not available, a big size smart TV is mandatory nowadays

Beautiful town with two days and one night being enough to see everything.

First floor was nice. It was located a short walk from the town center. Room was very large. The beds were outstanding (tilt adjustable). It had a nice garden available only to guests. It had a small kitchen, even though we did not use it. Wine glasses being available was a nice touch.

It was very difficult to contact anyone up to two days before arriving. It would have been nice to know options of how to get there (only given two days before). Check out was at 10:00, which is a bit early. Very expensive, but all properties in the area are very expensive.

Wonderful, magical place!

The apartment is located in a quiet area of the town, but right next to everything. It also has a private garden/beach that is amazing!

Wi-fi was a bit sketchy and could have been stronger.

Extra fee. We made the payment months ago based on the comments, but when we arrived, the house was cold, and since we have a 6-month-old baby, we asked for the radiators to be turned on. Instead, they said they would provide a heater. Even if I Said that I have a baby in message before. Then, they asked for an extra charge for our 6-month-old baby. I’ve never seen any place charge for a 6-month-old, especially when this is just a regular house. They even came to our door with a POS machine to charge us an extra 30 Euros. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was working at first but then got disconnected. I asked for wifi router restart but I didn’t answer. In short, I definitely do not recommend this place.

Very nice apartment but no real view.

Very clean and well equipped. Very comfortable.

No lake view. There was little information, so we didn’t find the property’s lakeside garden until late in our stay. It would have been. Ore helpful if we had been met personally at the property rather than on line. However they were very responsive on WhatsApp.

Quiet location away from the crowds

The beds were very comfortable, it had a full kitchen, it was very quiet and away from the crowds in a more residential part of town

It was a bit challenging to get the code to get the key. It took several messages on Booking.com. Emails went unanswered and the number provided for ‎WhatsApp didn’t work. But once we got the code, it was easy to enter. The pictures are also very deceptive, the apartment is across the street from the garden, and the garden was not maintained.

Great location and comfortable apartment but the booking wrongly advertised items that weren’t available

Location was very nice, centrally located. The apartment was clean and queen bed was comfortable. The staff was also quick to respond.

The booking said there would be a flat screen TV but there wasn’t one in the apartment. The booking also said there would be one queen bed, one double bed and one pull out couch; there was no double bed so my sons had to sleep together on a pull out couch. The booking also showed that the apartment was on the water but there was street, fence and trees blocking the access and view. Lastly, the booking said there was breakfast available but only if you pay 25€ extra per person (the booking never said anything about extra charge).

Beautiful beyond words.

The apartments are spacious and luxurious with the decor tastefully done. Our host, Sandra, is a delightful person. She went out of her way on Christmas Eve to welcomed us and brought us coffee and chocolade on our day of departure. The location is great. Everything is within walking distance. We had a lovely stay. We will recommend our apartments without hesitation.

Superb

The garden is private and amazing. Belongs to the house. This lawn/ garden is amazing, no need to waste money on expensive restaurant just to get the view and get pushed out after an hour. Comfortable seating arrangements here. I stayed hours. This property has 2 apts - One bedroom and a two bedroom. The 2 bedroom shares the same entrance as the police station. Not to worry. The lock box is next to the door and you have to input the code to get the key out. I saw many complaints that the picture is not accurate, however, that is not true. The picture for the 2 bedroom house. The one bedroom has a back door entrance.

Communication with the host was difficult. Didnt pick up the call initially to give me the lock code. The instructions need to be very clear and sent earlier. It's very simple, please make a template and forward to all your guests. This will be the difference between a 10 rating vs a 7 rating. Nevertheless, the lawn was amazing and made up for any communication gap. I will still stay here again.

Perfect getaway to relax in a quiet, cozy stay a little away from the city center.

Location- Excellent. A few mins walk from the main Bus Station and the grocery store. The city center is like 10 min away. Host- Superb. She was very communicative. She happened to pick us up from the nearby station as the main Hallstatt station was under construction when we arrived. Clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms. The relaxing bed was a bonus!

Kitchen facility- Did not have enough coffee creamers. In situations where breakfast is not provided, I am usually used to having a good starter kit for coffee or cooking. The position of the kitchen right by the entrance with no exhaust option made cooking a little uncomfortable. Also, not a fan of one generic bottle for hand wash, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner.

This was not a lake view apartment. You couldn’t see the lake. The sofa was not what I would qualify a second bed. Very small space for the price.

Superb

It was a unique experience. We were in Hallstatt for 2 nights and i reserved this place for a marriage proposal to my girlfriend. Sandra helped me a lot not only for the proposal surprise details but also about the private garden permission which is by the lake. rooms and bathroom were so clean and cosy. the temperature of house was also very good that we never felt cold inside. thank you for all. hope to see you next time again :)

As negative points i would like to mention that the water was flowing with a little pressure. also the wifi connection was not stable.
