Good apartment

Nice and spacious, well equipped. Hostess was welcoming and helpful. Great location and parking space was very useful!

We stayed in the height of summer and the apartment was very hot. Air con or a fan would have been much better!

Great Location

The location was good and free parking a big bonus in Hallstatt. Kitchen was well equipped for making simple meals and although small was well designed. It is part of a house and the friendly and helpful owner lives on the premises. The situation is quiet and peaceful and away from the crowds of Hallstatt but still within comfortable walking distance of areas of interest.

The fridge did not have a freezer compartment and of course there was no ice maker (it is Austria). A washer/dryer would have been useful for a longer stay or some direction to a laundry service if that was not feasible on site. Remember (it is Austria) stores close early so be sure to pick up supplies for next day on your way if you plan to arrive at 6 pm or later.

Clean, spacious, and comfortable zimmer in beautiful Hallstatt

The guest suite was spacious w/ 2 bedrooms and a 3 space that had a queen bed and dining area. The kitchen was well equipped. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. We forgot a pouch with our passports and noticed it a day after we left. The owner was quick to respond and was able to find our passports. The location is walking distance to the main town and to the salt mine. It also sits on the Echern Valley trail which is beautiful.

Very nice stay, would wholeheartedly recommend for couples and families.

Excellent location, right on the edge of the village, quiet and cozy. We got an entire top floor, so for four of us it worked out great. The rooms are very spacious, kitchen if fully equipped, bathroom is well stocked, basically all you need for comfort. The hosts are very friendly, accommodating and available to answer any questions you might have.

Really, the only improvement I can think of is to provide some kind of sentinel / night lighting on the top landing - if you are getting up during the night, you need to have a flashlight with you, or turn on the full illumination, which would be really harsh.

Very pleasant stay.

Excellent accommodations with newly-renovated rooms and equipment. The location is also very good, a little bit far by walking from the village center (about 20 minutes) but magnificently located next to both high mountains and clean stream to look at and wandering around. A supermarket (a little bit pricey) is about 10 minutes walking from the apartment, so no worry about foods or other needs. Also, very close to the cable car to the top of the salt mine to look down at the whole region (highly recommended).

The rooms are very big so more suitable for four adults (or family with adolescents at least) rather than family with small children, which might find the logement a little bit pricey. But if money is not a big issue, and one can afford to walk a little bit, this place is an excellent choice.

one of the best place in Hallstatt

It’s really a nice apartment, very clean and comfortable with perfect view of mountains. The host is super nice. location is perfect and just 10 minutes to the center by walk. I highly recommend it and I will be back to this flat again in the future.
