The view is brilliant, can be your short stay choice.

The door of the shower rooms can’t close tightly, the water will overflow into the room, and also the light is sensor light, will put out every few minutes, will be little annoying during the night (The house keeper did not tell in advance, which make us little confused and scared at first)

Beautiful room facing the lake. Comfortable and cosy room. Location is not far from centre of attraction and public parking is very convenient. There's a cafe next to the room. Very friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended.

Do not recommend at all

- Location near city centre - Cleanliness

We were given the apartment with windows facing the cafe, it was very very noisy, as if cafe is in your room, and all the staff and guests of the cafe walked at the level of windows and were able to see everything inside, it was impossible to rest there. Staff could do nothing about it, it is not worth the money they asked for this room. No view to the lake from the apartment (the view is to the cafe’s umbrellas) as was promised in the description. There are other better rooms in the building, so it depends on occasion, which one you are given, but the price for all of them is the same. What is more worse - we did not have hot water in our room, and the staff did not want us to help. We waited for the hot water for 4 hours, and staff fed us promises that it took time to switch on the boiler. The representative of the owner always said he is not the owner and did not take responsibility, but we did not have any connection to the owner himself. It is not normal at all, and the problem was resolved only after 3 calls to Booking and 4 hours of expectation. For all this inconvenience we were given a free breakfast. In the reviews I see this problem with hot water happens not first time, so think before renting this apartment - if for this quite large sum of money you are ready to accept noise, lack of privacy and absence of hot water.

Gorgeous Hallstatt

The lake view from our downstairs bedroom. Friendly helpful staff Comfortable bed. Away from the busyness of Hallstatt but within walking distance of the ferry boat to the train

Beautiful stay next to the Lake

Location was amazing 🙌👌 check in and out was easy. view on the water was beautiful, easy walk into town and to the salt mines. Bed was comfortable! Waking up with lake view was beautiful!

Room is on corner next to restaurant and they have a storage room under the window of the room. late afternoon when trying to take a nap they slam storage door to retrieve more drink crates for restaurant. a bit noisy if looking for relaxing stay. Could hear other guests leaving and talking in hallway. Basic coffee machine and cutlery would have been nice as well as extra towels for swimming in the lake. a fridge would have been nice.

Staff in cafe next door did try their best to help. No fridge. Kettle and cups. No tea, coffee, milk or spoons. Shower leaked and ran out of room to bedroom. Requested extra towels and had no response. Sadly beautiful location with no service and for $400 Australian dollars per night I would have expected more.

Loved the view

The room was big and comfortable. There was a kettle. The best thing was the view from the window, which looks out to the lake and the city center. It was just a short walk to the Salt mine entrance.

Similarly to what others had reviewed, we were irritated with the movement-controlled light, which goes off intermittently. The shower room's floor was faulty as the water flowed back into the room. The staff were aware of this, but it has not been fixed. As a result, the flooring was spoiled and raised. If one were not careful, one could get hurt. We resorted to putting a towel over it. Wish there were a fridge as well.

Beautiful room besides the lake and away from the busy street

Almost at the end of Hallstatt you will find this gem. Overlooking the lake, it's a beautiful and clean property with amazing helpful staff. The room was quite spacious. The location is almost at the end of Hallstatt but it's such a small town that it doesn't really matter. In fact it may be a blessing as it's away from the tourists.

Not a deal breaker and I am being really picky here but a trash can in the room could've been provided. There is one in the bathroom though.

Great Location

The location of the property was amazing with a mesmerizing view from the apartment's window, just 1 minute away from the local buses.

There was an intense sewer smell in the room, we've encountered this in many properties in Austria, so i dont think it was the accomodation's fault, but its worth mentioning.

Great location, close to restaurants, supermarket and tourist attractions. Beautiful view across the lake from bedroom window.

Shower leak flooded the bedroom each time we used it. Staff from restaurant next door were very helpful and provided extra towels and mopped up excess water. We stayed for 3 nights and were unable to shower in the room. The owner did not seem concerned. Other minor issues: no balcony (advertised there was one), very dusty bedside tables, loud noises overhead as neighbours use stairs.

The view is exceptional and you are just out of the busy part of town. Room is neat and the bed is comfortable. You are right next door to a restaurant and 100 metres from the local supermarket.

Το δωμάτιο έχει κακή ηχομόνωση ..Από το πρωί ακούς τα σκαλοπάτια της έξω σκάλας δίπλα έχει ένα καφέ που ακούς συνέχεια ομιλίες και δουλειές που κάνουν καθαρισμού.Εαν το πρωί κατεβαίνει κάποιος από άλλο όροφο γιατί το δωμάτιο είναι στο ισόγειο ακούγονται τα πάντα .Δεν είχε τηλεόραση ψυγείο και ούτε να χειρίζεσαι το καλοριφέρ ώστε να μπορείς να ρυθμίζεις τη ζέστη στο δωμάτιο .

房間不斷出現斷電情況（至少10次！）反映房東均未獲得任何改善洗澡時排水幾乎沒有功能，水全部都跑到卧室內（木地板）反映也沒用，如果有更好選擇，不要考慮這邊，一晚快樂7000是cp值：0的住宿體驗！
