Té un pati molt gran amb gronxadors pels nens, té una petita piscina i una terrassa molt ben equipada.
L’allotjament es troba a la planta baixa d’una casa. Els amfitrions viuen a la primera planta, i ells per baixar el Seu pàrquing han de passar per la zona del nostre apartament. Amb la Qual cosa s’envaeix una mica la intimitat del client.
