We had a really lovely stay – the apartment was great and everything we needed was close by.
The apartment is spacious, cosy, nice, and very well equipped; it is situated in the upper part of the town, a short walk away from the centre, and so there is a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains. The host is nice, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The town itself is a picturesque example of a typical Alpine settlement, yet is is easily accesible by the A10 highway, and has all the necessary amenities. It also hosts one cable cars which operate in summer in the Lungau area, whereas the other operating cable cars and mountain lifts are easily reachable by car or public transport. A great bonus was the Lungau card, which we were provided with by our host, which offers free cable car rides, access to other attractions, and various discounts.

Angenehmes Wohnen in dem Haus
Wir haben uns in dem Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter waren herzlich und sehr bemüht. Es war alles da was wir brauchten. Wir waren das dritte Mal in Lungau und sind begeistert von der Lungau Card. Man konnte dort wunderbar wandern und kam in viele Schwimmbäder und Minigolfanlagen/ Seilbahnen kostenfrei mit der Lungau Card rein.
Die Wohnung war leicht kühl. Das lag aber auch an den niedrigen Temperaturen, die wir leider hatten.
