Not as described - unpleasant stay

Unfortunately, the room had a very unpleasant smell, likely due to the old furniture, carpet, and poor cleaning. We had to keep the window open all night. The beds were also very uncomfortable. Additionally, the booking description stated that parking was free, but after booking we received a message saying that free parking is not guaranteed due to the limited capacity and that a garage spot is available for €10 per day.

Decent and Basic, low-key yet Comfortable

Basic Hotel, no AC, quite simple, not Hotel vibe, more like Apartment Home vibe, antique furniture, cleanliness was grea Many people in the reviews have complained about the road noise, I don't think so, I slept like a baby!

It's summer, there was no AC, may be problem for people who feel more heat. One request - Please add water to the ameneties, that quite basic requirement for the price quoted.

If someone is into time travel, this would be a perfect place for you. You are going back in the past, 70s, 80s. In the room from the modern things you will have TV and phone. You will get soap, shampoo, and bag for dirty things. Decore and curtains is a story for itself. In the room was about 35°C and no AC. The only positive thing was stuff that tried to help. But I would say pictures are saying more than words.

Very good value for money!

Good location, 8 minutes by car/taxi do the center, good value for money - the rooms were comfy, clean. The breakfast was also good value for money - very tasty, a range of meals - both hot and a grazing table. Would definitely go back !

I would stay there again without hesitation

It was spotlessly clean and the staff were polite and friendly - especially given my German is very poor!

The general decor is certainly older, however the room we stayed in was comfortable with what looked like a recently refitted bathroom - faultless

it occured that there are rooms for smoking people. And without asking us they gave me a room which Is for smokers and it was awfully smelling. When i wanted to change the room because i dont smoke, the lady in the reception was totaly not kind and behaved as if i demand something not normal. At the end i got the proper room but it was just only because i didnt let it go.

the room was at first floor. in the morning full of smoke of cigarettes. probably because the people smoking just in front of. or what ever it is. all windows were closed but the small of smoke of cigarettes was disgusting. I just run out of room it was not possible to handle it at all.

Cozy Hamburg stay

The staffs are very friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is elaborately decorated. with good Hamburg pictures. the breakfast is amazing. The room is cozy.
