Dangerous stranger, scam attempt!

We had a horrible experience. A stranger came to knock at the door at midnight demanding to be let in. He claimed he was security but it did not sound like a serious security person. Once I mentioned I would call the staff of Altona to verify he said that if we did not open he would get the police. He left immediately after. Once he left, I checked the reviews from Booking and this is not an isolated incident, it has happened to other guests. This means Altona is aware. They should increase the security of this place. Instead of allowing this dangerous scam.

Not good and not bad, but the price is too high. I stayed with cheaper and better options.

When you book, you have to register online. It took about 40 minutes to get the link via email. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, not a big deal, just a fact. If you want to check into a room that's clean for you, you can add a disposable dental kit to that price.

I like it and I can recommend it to my friends too

Overall the facility was very good. One thing that stands out is their online service available all timely. Everything is so independently done and the place was so cool 👌🏽. I will book same place again whenever I’m in Hamburg.

Great hotel for a small fee

Amazing cleanliness in the room. Everything looked like new. The room had everything you needed. When we entered the room, three different drinks awaited us on the table. There was tea, coffee, sugar. The hotel room was well ventilated and no unpleasant odors. The bed and towels looked like new. The room had a mini kitchen with a refrigerator, a surface and a dishwasher.In addition, a coffee maker, a kettle and a full set of dishes based on the number of people in the room. TV and the Internet worked fine. Check-in and check-out from the room was convenient and did not cause any problems.

La peor experiencia de mi vida!!!

Nuestra estancia en este lugar fue absolutamente desagradable, pues la tranquilidad es un valor irreemplazable y esta por encima de toda comodidad física. La atropellada e irrespetuosa invasión del "dueño" o según ustedes, personal de seguridad, no cumplió con los protocolos establecidos para interrumpir el descanso de huéspedes a la media noche. No entendemos además, en un lugar donde se escucha bastante lo que acontece en otros apartamentos, como puede su personal equivicarse y la forma. De parte de ustedes no recibimos apoyo alguno, ni siquiera una disculpa ejecutiva, no hubo seguimiento de la situación, tuvimos que recurrir a la policía por nuestros medios, tras las amenazas, casi tumbada de puerta e intento de entrar a la fuerza a nuestra habitación, pues su supuesto personal de seguridad dio la clave varias veces. Cuando se va en familia la seguridad lo vale todo y el respaldo de él operador, aquí no hubo nada, por ello, y con el valor de la vida, el respeto y la tranquilidad que nos fue arrebatada en nuestra estancia los calificamos en 1.

TOP Appartement zum Super Preis

Check in reibungslos, Appartement war das sauberste was ich gesehen habe! Alles für die Küche vorhanden sowie Handtücher etc.. Bettwäsche sauber und so weiter. Sehr zu empfehlen wir waren positiv Überrascht. Außerdem fühlt man sich sehr sicher da die Polizei direkt gegenüber ist. Für den Preis unschlagbar.

Die Lage des Appartements ist super, einchecken war auch unproblematisch und einfach.

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war leider nicht ausreichend. Handtücher voller Farbe ( vermutlich kunstblut von Halloween), halb volle Getränke Flaschen des Vorgängers, waren ebenfalls eher unpassend.

Geräumig, kostenlose Getränke und sehr modern. Ich hab in den 3 Tagen nicht einmal die in den Rezessionen erwähnten Notarzt, Polizei oder Feuerwehrfahrzeuge gehört. Werde wieder kommen!!!

Appartement propre et bien situé

L'emplacement des transports en commun et à proximité de supermarchés est pratique. Quartier calme malgré la présence de la police et des pompiers rassurante et peu bruyante. Équipements de cuisine ok ( casseroles/poêles/assiettes etc). Cela permet de faire à manger même pour 4. ( Avec un peu d'organisation tout de même car 2 plaques et un micro-ondes). La location est propre.

Le bémol est simplement la surface qui a 4 est un peu juste et nécessite une organisation dans l'espace pour dîner par exemple. Mais cela n'a pas nuit à notre séjour. L'appartement est parfait pour 2. Voire 3 avec un enfant. A 4 on s'organise mais ça va !

Toller Aufenthalt. Feuerwehr und Polizei direkt vor der Haustür schon sehr laut leider

Super Service. Schnelle Hilfe über WhatsApp. Tolle Ausstattung. Tolle Lage, direkt an der U Bahn und Einkaufen.

Leider ist die Wohnung zur Straße nach vorne mit kleinen Kindern nicht zu empfehlen. Hier ist die Polizei und Feuerwehrwache und es war super laut in der Nacht. Da es so warm war haben wir mit Fenster offen schlafen müssen.

Die Lage war gut na, S-Bahn und Bushaltestellen. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet in der Küche gab es alles, was man braucht. Das Bad war modern.

Die Eingangstür, der Aufzug und das Treppenhaus waren sehr alt. Das Gebäude von außen nicht so einladend. Früher Checkin für einen hohen Aufpreis.

Gute Lage, gute Ausstattung

Alles war wie beschrieben, gute Ausstattung und sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die von einigen Gästen beschriebenen dünnen Wände kann ich nicht bestätigen, aber natürlich hört man es, wenn jemand im Treppenhaus unterwegs ist.

Keine Beschwerden, ich würde wieder buchen. Ob man zu viert gut aufgehoben wäre, weiß ich nicht - das Schlafsofa bedeckt dann fast den ganzen Raum. Aber wer viel unterwegs ist, kommt auch damit klar.
