Great 2 star hotel in the heart of the red light district.

Located in the heart of the red-light district. Lots of restaurants, bars, shopping and legal adult entertainment. The room was small but well appointed. Melli was awesome & Jimmy Hendrix stayed here.

The breakfast could be a little more complete but it was a typical European breakfast.

helpful staff enabled a trouble free end to our holiday.

the staff were very pleasant and helpful and readily agreed to us leaving our luggage (including bikes) until the following afternoon which solved a difficult problem for us in allowing us to return by train to a previous hotel to collect our car. the staff were also very helpful in providing information about Hamburg. The breakfast was one of the best we had in our 3 week spell in Germany.

It was an awesome stay and will definitely go there if I visit Hamburg once again.

The staff was really helpful in every aspect especially to meet my requirements on race day and have an early breakfast. Location was good to since it was just few metres away from underground station and also next to street full of restaurants of different styles.

Not all the staff knew to speak in English. No telephone to communicate with the receptionist.

UPON OUR ARRIVAL I WAS INFORMED HOW A MISTAKE HAD BEEN MADE AND THERE WAS NO ROOM VERY KINDLY HE SENT US TO A NEARBY HOTEL WITH THE SAME COST HE SAID BUT IN THE END WE PAYED EXTRA FOR THE BREAKFAST

Friendly hotel with good breakfast.

The room is good size. The breakfast is simple but its really good, especially the white bread roll, its homemade! The staffs are really friendly especially Tobias, the owner is really helpful & friendly. The location is great, its 5-10 minutes walking and you have a lot of restaurants to choose.

Its not really a problem with the heater, for me its not hot enough since i came from tropical country 🤣

The room was clean, comfortable beds, very helpful staff, good breakfast. I arrived by car and they allowed to park the car even on the day of departure until 1pm. Location is very close to city centre. Accomodation is a good value for money.

I had a good stay here

A good Two-Star hotel with a good breakfast and very nice and helpful staff. Very close to U-bahn (metro) station Reeperbahn, not too far from Hamburg Hafen (port). The room was clean and being c,eaned every day and guests can regulate the heating, which is always a good thing in the winter season. And I felt safe there.

Well, one has to bear in mind that the hotel is placed in very very lively part of the city, surrounded by brothels, some of them opened 24/7. So you canť avoid some noise from the street. Although the hotel is off Reeperbahn in Lincolnstrasse. (Also walls in the hotel are quite thin.) My advice is to take ears pluggs and/or get really tired before you go to sleep :-)

Nice hotel, with helpful and polite personnel. Rooms are kind of small but cleverly arranged and cleaning is a priority. Parking is also available for free at the premises. If not they will offer you a good deal at the nearby parking lot. Breakfast buffet is basic but offered with a smile. Location is perfect right the opposite of the Beatles square in Reeperbahn. I can well recommend this hotel to anyone, solo traveler or family.

front desk woman had a very domineering attitude. singled my son out for not parking straight! when I started to ask a question she cut me off by saying that she would explain all of it if I gave her a minute. Very weird, indeed.

Great value Hamburg hotel near the Reeperbahn

I was in Hamburg to see Reina del Cid playing at Nochtspeiler. I chose this hotel as it was close to the U Bahn station on Reeperbahn and Nochtspeiler on Bernhard-Nocht-Straße. The location was perfect and the staff very helpful telling me the shortest route to the venue. The room was clean and a reasonable size although the shower room was a bit small, ok for a short stay though. The bed was very comfortable. It is the party area of Hamburg so external noise was expected, but the double glazing was amazing, as soon as I closed the window I couldn't hear a thing and had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was good and included in the room price so compared to other hotels in the area, this hotel is a real bargain.

I would have liked a little more room in the WC/shower room, but for a short stay I didn't find it a problem.
