Well located, well priced, friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable

Room was nice and although I asked for a quiet room if possible unfortunately there was still noise but to be honest I was in the middle of the city so I wasn't that put off and it was at the back of the hotel as far away as possible from te noise so no fault to the hotel, they tried so facilitate me as best as possible.

It's like an oasis in an otherwise unsafe area at night. Book a room with interior part of the hotel view and you re golden. Also breakfast was awesome and staff was friendly :) Will come again.

The room was comfy, but it wasn't totally clean. Not at the level that it would bother you but just something to keep in mind.

Decent hotel for a short stay if you just want to party and stay in middle of action

Location if you like to party. Connection with public transport, and nearby food options.

Breakfast was very basic considering the price (some yogurt packages are even expired) and the three-star rating hotel. The beds were too soft, no iron in the room

Very friendly stuff and the location is great. it’s located directly next to the party spot, but the sound isolation is good, so for me was easy to sleep. Breakfast is basic, but enough things to find for everyone.

The bed was OK. Room was OK.

The Disco which played loud music until 6am! It was from Saturday to Sunday and I don't know if it is everyday. However, they emptied their trash twice at 7am.

The gentleman with beard that works at the reception in the evening and also helps out at the bar. Is a pride and joy to the hotel. His customer service is absolutely amazing. Such a friendly person. I’m sorry that I forgot his name.

Very nice personel. Access to hot water for free. Reasonably priced parking.

It is in the middle of St. Pauli and unfortunately you can experience it at night, with loud music until the morning.

the staff is super rude, they insolted me and my friend , pillows and bed sheets were old and dirty . I know the hotel staff is going to reply some nasty thing to me as they do to others. But I would not recommend anyone to stay here
