    The hotel is located just around the corner from the Reeperbahn and so is close to all of the bars, restaurants and naughty clubs that the area is known floor. The rooms are clean and very functional. The staff speak excellent English and are very helpful. Good quality breakfast.

    Clean and new. Staff was great! Very helpful. No real closet, just a spot by the bed where you could hang a few things. Generic soap mounted on wall for hands, hair, and body. No cup anywhere in the room, so better brush your teeth in the shower. Check in is on the computer but the bar person was very helpful and checked me in and gave great directions. Not great location but close to the subway and bus stops.

    I was on a business trip, during check out I paid for parking but the machine was unable to print receipts. Hotel reception said they can't do anything and to just email the main PR email address. I emailed for the last two weeks, get a standard auto reply to say they got the email but never anyone to look into the issue or no reply from any human. Terrible support so wouldn't recommend based on this.
