Great stay, easy 15 minute commute to the Reeperbahn, friendly staff and comfy spacious room.

The staff couldnt speak English. I couldnt communicate with them properly, since they cant understand English. Moreover, the reception was not working in the night and I couldn't ask water or anything to my room.

Lovely, very large room, very comfortable beds for a good night sleep, with a very nice design and good Internet connection. Shower was just perfect. Nice hotel for a stay in Hamburg.

It looks like a house rather than a normal hotel, it is cozy, but my only concern is that the owner does not speak english, so, the comunnication is not easy (but the owner is nice anyway).

the room was spacious, bright and clean

no facilities were in the room, no fridge, no safe, not even a kettle and coffee and tea which was very disappointing

Very friendly staff. A lovely bright room with comfy beds and the possibility to sit outside on the small terrace with a cup of tea which we were offered by the kind receptionist.

Unfortunately we had a problem with the sink in the room and after telling the reception lady she sorted it out whilst we were not there.

the person in reception was so nice to us. the location of the hotel is elegant. the exterior of the hotel was nostalgic.

in front of the window was so dirty. the bathroom was small. the room was in the basement and it wasn't nice at all.

The room in general was nice, clean and spacious. The staff was kind and the hotel was easy to be reached.

The bath room was really small and the pillows can be more comfortable. The communication was a little bit difficult as we don't speak German.

Small but comfortable room, everything was clean and tidy. Staff was very gracious. A supermarket and metro station across the street.

The bathroom was in a seperartr room a half floor up the stairs (but private) . Wasn't that bad but a bit uncomfortable at night

The receptionist was super super nice and helpful she gave me her own umbrella when it was raining the breakfast was excellent and again served with great pleasure Also the cleaning lady found my costume that I left she called me and made sure I got it so again the stuff was amazing very empathetic professional extremely helpful and knowledgeable I would definitely recommend them

The price and location, very convenient for the tube to tourist areas.

The downstairs room was a bit noisy but not too bad. The shower room was a bit compact.

Excellent breakfast and friendly staffs. They provide a standard hotel breakfast in Germany, and their food was nice and fresh. Although I stayed here only for one night, I loved the cozy room in the hotel and could have a very relaxing time.

If one would like to stay at the hotel which has a walkable distance from the city center of Hamburg, then this hotel may not be the best choice. Anyway one can reach the city center easily from the hotel by public transportation.
