One night

We were not informed in advance that the check-in is done from outside the building, as this was not mentioned on Booking. The room was quite cold, and the small heater struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature overnight. Additionally, there was visible mold around the window. For the price paid, we expected better conditions and clearer communication regarding the check-in process.

I did like everything since i was travelling alone. However, the room i stayed in was not so big but if u go alone it does feel pretty cozy in there.

Great location

It was extremely convenient, located within walking distance from the Altoner train station and the main shopping area. Some great restaurants in the vicinity and close to the Altoner theatre, where our theatre festival took place.

Slightly damp smell, and the rooms are quite compact. Still excellent value for the money we spent. Shower head was hard to adjust. Very noisy, and you really needed earplugs.

Don't have luggage room

The rooms are clean and the shower room is very nice. Located close to the station, it makes things easier.

They don't let us leave our luggage in a luggage room until the time we leave. Because of that, we had to pay a locker at the station. They also charged me for a local tax (not explicitly described on the reservation)

better than expected for low money

The location is near the train station&city but not loud at all, the staff were friendly and the room was clean&tidy. Check in/out was super easy.

Breakfast seemed a little expensive so we ate outside, the pillows were so flat I had to fold it to lift my head at least a little, mattress is ok for 1-3 nights but not longer. Check in at 2pm is too late, we wanted to arrive earlier.

IDEAL BASE FOR EXPLORING THE CITY OR IN MY CASE AN INTERRAIL TRIP

Fast wifi. Lovely hot shower. Maid service great. Couldn't be closer to Altona station, as I was on a 3 day interrail pass

Was happy with the price I paid, but the much higher price I was quoted when I needed an extra day before my booking was I thought excessive and went elsewhere for that night. But no complaints about the hotel itself
