Perfect for one night.

The vibe is so cute. The rooms are named after places in the world. It’s funny. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable in Paris room. Luckily for one night, it wasn’t that bad but no way I could stay for a weekend. Perfect location though. In the middle of the walk way to everything. Quiet.

Bed and pillows. Also, they could’ve told us that breakfast was 15 euros.

A gem of a small hotel in the centre of the old city - can't say enough good things about it!

Location is superb - right in the middle of everything. The staff was remarkably nice and helpful, and the facilities were clean and comfortable. Really a pleasure to stay there, and I recommend it to anyone visiting Heidelberg.

I saw a sign as I was leaving about breakfast - i did't know there was breakfast! If it was included in my booking, I didn't know. I would have appreciated better communication on the breakfast situation!

Good for short stays

The location is perfect for those staying for a weekend, as it is possible to visit all the city's main attractions on foot. Friendly staff!

The room I stayed in was very spacious, but it was clearly in need of renovation. Things were patched up with tape, there were signs of rust, and a bulb was missing from the bedside light. The breakfast was hostel-level, even a little sloppy.

Enjoyed our stay. Would probably not return due to the shower and beam situations.

Location was great! Room was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Great to have racks to hold suitcases. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Bumped my head into the low beam a couple of times. Water from the shower ran out of the shower due to no gasket on the bottom of the shower door. Wife did not take a shower during our two day stay because of this. Chairs were hard and uncomfortable.

Cute and quaint

Perfect location. Right in the middle of the city center. A plethora of restaurants and shops. Short walking distance to all 4 Christmas markets and about a 20 minute walk to Heidelberg Castle. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room was very cute and quaint. No parking available, but there was a parking garage literally 5 minutes from the hotel. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The room was a little cold and the breakfast was definitely not worth the price, but I would hands down stay here again.

Disappointing

Close to all restaurants and tourist places. Interesting and quirky. The bathroom was brilliant.

Hmm - we were rather disappointed - We stayed in the New York room which was not great. The sofa bed for our son was just passable. It's listed as a 4-star hotel.... its definitely not. Photos look far better than reality

The shower place is a bit old fashion with the waterproofing plastic partly broken leaving gaps for water to leak. No fridge and no kettle. Seems hardly be called a 4-star hotel.

Everything else. The hotel in not worth more than 2.5 stars. Presenting it for 4 star hotel is lying to people as it does not come even close to what one can expect from a 4 star hotel.

Excellent location with comfortable and well-sized rooms. Really liked the naming convention for the rooms, and the matching decoration. Friendly stuff.

It was too warm in the room; not sufficient AC is a general issue though. Perhaps because of the furniture, the air in the room felt stale, but keeping the window open was a decent solution.
