Where Our Honeymoon Became a Beautiful Memory
We had a wonderful stay at the House of Hütter Heidelberg — everything was fantastic from check-in until the very end. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, the location extremely convenient, and the view truly breathtaking. What made our stay especially memorable was the outstanding staff, who go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcome and cared for. A special thank you to Lucas and Sophie for their exceptional hospitality and kindness. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to return.

The property was very nice including our room’s decor. Bed was very comfortable and we had a nice view.
BEAUTIFUL HOTEL, GREAT ROOM- EXCEPT our room (#25) which was a room off the main building in an older (100 year old) building. Inside the bathroom, which had been renovated/ modernized, there was the most UNBELIEVABLE STENCH coming from the bathroom. It seemed most concentrated in that area. So strong, in fact, we both got headaches and still feel sick at our stomachs a day later. What could the source of the UNGODLY stench have been? The concierge mentioned former tenants on a lower floor having plumbing/pipe issues years before (not sure if this is the case), and we thought maybe a gas leak?, the maid came and tried to remedy the smells with spray, just made it worse and more sickening with a sweet smell over a sewagey smell. I'm still smelling the putrid smell in my mind and feel like it's permeated my clothes. We were on the top floor of that building. There is definitely a piping/plumbing issue that needs to be addressed.

A luxurious dream
Right from the moment you start approaching the building you feel a sense of Luxury and charm. Then you step inside and it's just wow - from the front Desk who was so lovely (Luca if I remember well) to the fabulous room especially if you get a corner one with a view, to the gorgeous breakfast and the staff till checkout. You wouldn't find a better and most luxurious place to stay in Heidelberg where you can see all of the old town and be so close yet dipomatically away. Treat yourself and give yourself a grand present - because that's what I did with House of Hutter. Thankyou to everyone for making such a dream come true!
what i didn't like is that i couldn't stay for much longer haha (ah yes i would change the carpet in suite 20.....just being very difficult). Otherwise it was simply perfection.
