Very clean and spacious. Great location. Fabulous breakfast and staff very friendly and accommodating.

The frosted glass doors on the bathroom made it a little uncomfortable.

They claimed to have upgraded me to a luxury room from a superior room. If this is luxury I would have hated to see the superior. There was nothing luxurious about the room.

Wish I stayed for longer

Only stayed for one night and it was last min. The lady at reception realised it was birthday and she gave me chocolates and upgraded us. Lovely clean cosy room and the most perfect location. Thank you

Excellent Location, Spacious Room – Cleanliness Needs Attention

We really liked the location of the property, as it is situated right in the historic center and just a 5-minute walk from everywhere. Since we were traveling as a family of three with a child and an elevator was important for us, we were given a spacious triple room on the first floor with elevator access. The room was also designed for guests with disabilities, so everything was very comfortable and accessible. We didn’t take breakfast at the hotel because there are many wonderful breakfast places nearby. The hotel was clean and quiet — Bruges is generally a calm city with an older population anyway :) Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.

The cleanliness of the hotel could have been better. When we tried to move a couch for our son, we found the area underneath was very dirty, which unfortunately gave us the impression that only the visible areas were cleaned. In addition, we would have expected toothpaste to be provided in the bathroom. We also found the price a bit high — it could be more reasonable for the facilities offered.

Very good experience

Our overall experience was very good. Our room with kitchenette was very satisfying with the size, the bathroom quality and bed comfort. The breakfast was also very decent and the staff was very helpful.

The internet was fine but a bit weak in the spots other than the couch. And there are only the receptionist ladies as staff and the receptionist who helped us a lot on our check-in had to carry the unnecessary bed by herself.

A wonderful stay.

This is our second stay in Hotel Aragon. It offers a central location close to the Markt but in a quiet part. The accommodations are clean and comfortable and the family room is roomy.

Breakfast starts a bit late at 7:30 am.

Beautiful hotel and staff. Felt very safe and comfortable. Hotel is located right next to a parking garage which is wonderful to have when hotel property parking is full.

Great stay in the center of Brugge

Pauline from the reception was very helpful. We booked a hotel one hour before arriving and the baby cot was already in the room when we came. Room was very clean and comfy. Occitane cosmetics were a nice surprise. Location of the hotel is really great.

Nice location in the city center. Professional and welcoming staff at breakfast and reception. Tasty and varied breakfast. Nice and comfortable rooms equipped with everything you need.

Lack of flexibility when we requested to postpone the reservation for medical reasons - emergency proved with a certificate. But despite the discomfort, we felt good.

A peaceful, comfortable stay with thoughtful touches and genuinely kind service.

The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were kindly upgraded, which made our experience even more special. The rooms were spacious and very clean, — one had a kitchenette, and both had a bathtub which was perfect for relaxing. We also really appreciated the L’Occitane toiletries. The location was excellent and peaceful, just a short walk from the city centre.

Bruges is an idyllic place full of history with beautiful architecture and Churches .

The Location was perfect , a 5 mins short stroll into the main square . The staff were so welcoming,friendly and helpful and provided information and recommendations on where to go and what to see in the beautiful city of Bruges.

We stayed in the Annex which was just around the corner from the main Hotel but we had to go out side to get there is would have been better if you could go via the main Hotel internally .I think the Hotel would benefit from investing a little outdoor space / garden where guests could sit with a drink from the Bar .

The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've encountered, and the bath products and robes are great. Also, the staff were really friendly and helpful! Excellent location as well.

We had the "Family Luxury Room." There was plenty of space and the amenities were good, but our room was very dated and while our room had a mediocre view, the second bedroom looked at a wall and had an awkward setup.

Hotel Aragon is a lovely hotel! Perfect location to get to all the main areas. The staff are very welcoming from the moment you enter the hotel and make your stay an enjoyable experience, they couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast had good selection and was appetising. Staff very helpful. The location is really good in a quiet street but near the centre. Great place to explore on foot.

Lovely Christmas break but noisy flag poles!

The location was great, just a few minutes from the main spare. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose from.

Our room was at the front next to the flag poles- one of which was broken and made a rattling sound and high pitch squeaking both night due to the wind, so we slept terribly until we got some earplugs from reception.

A superb hotel within a short walking distance of bars, restaurants, canals and local attractions.

Great location for exploring Bruges. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, in particular helpful in providing information regarding places to eat and local transport. The breakfast was great, lots of choice. Our room was very comfortable with a well stocked mini bar and toiletries.
