The stay was an absolute dream. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully welcoming. What really stood out was the attention to detail — little touches like Belgian chocolates in the room and cookies offered at check-out made the experience feel extra special.
Everything was thoughtfully taken care of, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated with great amenities, we were also greeted with a box of fancy Belgian chocolates on our bed. The front desk was accommodating of our request for a shower and also very communicative about our request for every check in. Breakfast was varied, tasty and well presented and we really enjoyed the outdoor seating area.
Nothing bad to say about this place, our experience was positive and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends looking for a place to stay in Bruges.

Property is clean and well maintained
If feels a bit a lack of maintenance of attention to detail, for example ventilation brackets above windows were not cleaned and stuck with dust.

Amazing location
Parking is not with hotel it’s in nearby carpal (only 200m) but wasn’t clear to me at first. The room had a rack in it for hanging coats that fell down. The dirty mugs were not cleared and I had to ask for replacement. Beds quite bouncy and sofa bed was very noisy every time my daughter turned over in her sleep!
