Quiet street near the centre, but a lot of cars during the night (feels like they pass the window, that close by). Sewage system in Bruges not fully nice, a bit smelly (which we weren’t the first, as we found 4+ fragrence sticks allover the property). Not something the owner could do about I think

Are you joking ? NOTHING !!!

We arrived at your rental property on November 14th at 8:30 PM, as planned. No one was there to greet us. We made 10 attempts (seriously!) to reach you by phone, but it always went to voicemail. With no response from you, we had to urgently book a hotel room at 10:00 PM... NEVER AGAIN!!! You are a scam.

A bit disappointed!

Bed is very comfy and heater is working on the time.

We made reservation at the day before the check in day. We had arrived at 7;30 pm and we saw there was a flagstone construction area in front of the house. But owner, he was already with us, did not say anything about construction neither during reservation nor check in. Then in our first morning at Brugge we opened our eyes to construction noise that was terrible and all day continued. In my opinion he must warn the guest during reservation, I will put the photos and video. If we had made reservation days-old, not warning would not his fault. But we made reservation only one day before chec -in. We had only two days in Brugge…

No toaster was a bit for my baps, coffee table was in a corner, but heavy, yet beautiful ornaments, made it too much like hassle to centralise for use.

Literal home away from home

The location is amazing, right in the center but off a quiet little street. The fact that it is on 2 levels, with the kitchen and living room downstairs and the bedroom and bathroom upstairs, was also very nice. The air conditioning was also a huge plus, as it was really hot when we were there. The bed was so comfortable, the shower worked perfectly, and there were little amenities available. I have nothing bad to say about this place! :)

The stairs were quite steep and small and the bedroom and bathroom are in a separate floor from the living room and kitchen. Not really a problem, but the stairs to the bedroom were quite difficult for anyone with large feet like me.

The house is lovely! Super cozy and well equiped. Mario was super kind and attentive. Being pet friendly was also a plus, our little dog felt at home! We'll definitely go back more times.

Very nice flat with a character. Very stylish, situation in a quiet street, yet in the centre of the city. Parking is a couple of minutes away. The host, Mario, was helpful and friendly. Large and comfortable stay and definitely is a better value for money than a hotel.

Homey feeling at quiet yet central location

Not a problem for us but perhaps good to know that the stairs are rather steep.

Very charming place where every square meter is used to make you feel welcome and comfortabel. The location is perfect in a quiet street, very close to the sightseeing spots in the center of Bruges and also within walking distance of the railway station (ca 15 min walk). Loved the tasteful decoration, the equipped kitchen space, the homey feeling. Would definitely recommend it!

Amazing place

Mario's house is an amazing place. Everything was very tidy and very clean. Also, the heating works perfectly, as well as the wifi (important if you want to work). Plus, netflix is included in the TV, which is also great (there is a TV in the bedroom so also a great thing). I defenitely recommend it and I will repeat if I come back to Bruges!

Superb

Mario is a great host, attentive, really puts the guests first. the way they put focus on each detail, making the property comfortable to stay in, ergonomics of the space. It is exact size for 2. they even have decaffeinated pads for coffee machine (never had these on previous properties). the aura of authenticity for the stay in 3 storey apartment in Bruges house. we raised a concern regarding the smell coming out of the window, they checked it out next day and called in to report (apparently issues with drain pipes in neighbouring property due to lack of rain or infrequent use.) thank you for the great time staying with you.

Mosquitos: even with light out those get in to open windows, and guessing by the small stains on walls, other guests already smashed couple of those really hard, so we bought some cheap repellent device, and following nights were flawless (would recommend to have one). Missed cooking oil on a first night as well.

The flat was really clean and charming, it has everything you need except a freezer. the host was really welcoming and the location was awesome straight in the center 2 minutes walking from everything. A parking nearby for 14€ a day.
