The location is excellent and everything is within walking distance. The room was very clean, and the hotel also offers bicycle rentals, which is a great option for exploring Bruges. The woman with glasses who helped us during our stay was incredibly friendly, respectful, and professional. She made us feel very welcome and provided excellent service.
Overall, everything was very good. The only small issue was that one staff member looked at guests in a way that felt a bit unfriendly and made us feel slightly uncomfortable. Apart from that, we had a pleasant stay.

Я извиняюсь - я туристка с Европы.. приехала посетить ваш город- но номер находился под крышей.. ладно что окно в потоке- но где кондиционер в жару 30+ градусов???? Может хотябы вентилятор?? Если вы не можете предоставить нормальный климат в номере - не стоит его здавать!!! Ужасно жарко спать!!! Для людей с давлением и сердечными болезнями такое размещение не подходит… в номере 30+ градусов!!

It is right in the center
Window had only blackout curtains, therefore either the neighbors could look into your room or you would have to close them and stay in the dark or lights on . A net against mosquitoes would be a good idea.
The toilet was separate from the bathroom ( it was good), but the shower was very small, you would need to keep the door open in order to dry yourself
