Bien situé, confortable et accueil très agréable.

Il y a une place de parking particulièrement bien située. L'appartement est à côté de la plage, d'une boulangerie, d'un supermarché et de restaurants pour les enfants comme pour les adultes.

Il faisait très chaud et les vannes de radiateurs étaient parfois très difficiles d'accès.

Erg verouderd en niet echt gezellig te noemen. De kranen van de lavabo's werkten ook niet naar behoren en een douche uit grootmoederstijd.

Dichtbij de kust.

De ruimte, 2 slaapkamers. Het was eigenlijk een appartement. Ruime badkamer, met goed verlichte spiegel. OP gelijkvloers is wel gemakkelijk. Dichtbij een grote parking.

De matrassen waren wat dun en het bed was basic. Geen ontbijtmogelijkheid ter plaatse, gezien appartement en geen hotel.

Niet voor herhaling

De ligging was top en de vriendelijke host.

De badkamer had een slechte hygiëne en onvoldoende ventilatie. De slaapkamers waren vochtig en bij regen, liep er water onder de terrasdeur van de tweede slaapkamer. Jammer want is een topligging.

Verschrikkelijk

De Locatie

Het appartement verkeerde in een bijzonder slechte staat. Bij aankomst werden we onmiddellijk geconfronteerd met een doordringende vochtgeur die overal aanwezig was — zowel in het appartement als in de lift. De lift zelf leek bovendien niet te voldoen aan de wettelijke veiligheidsnormen. De ramen sloten niet goed, één raamkozijn was volledig rot en kon niet meer dicht. Het bed rook naar vocht en was zelfs vochtig aanvoelend, wat slapen bijzonder onaangenaam maakte. Zelfs na het openzetten van de ramen bleef de muffe geur hangen. Voor de gevraagde huurprijs hadden wij een degelijk, verzorgd appartement verwacht, zoals telefonisch beloofd. In werkelijkheid was het appartement oud, verwaarloosd en totaal versleten. Naar mijn mening had dit appartement nooit verhuurd mogen worden in deze staat. Ik heb de verhuurder hiervan op de hoogte gebracht, maar zijn reactie was allesbehalve professioneel:

Wir hatten das Appartement mit Küche und zwei Schlafräumen. Die Möbel sollten nicht kaput und alt sein. Die Küche ist alt und abgenutzt. Optisch sehr unschön. Die Heizungsrohre sind verrostet, und sehen dreckig aus deswegen. Die beiden Sofas sind unbequem, und ein Sofa auch kaput. Die Vorhänge waren nicht in der Schiene drin zum Teil und ließen si h nur schwer bewegen. Das Bad ist auch nicht schön. Im Hausflur stand das das Putzzeug offen rum, direkt im Eingangsbereich. Das muss alles besser sein , weil der Preis vom Appartement ist schon überteuert im Vergleich zu anderen Objekten.

Het appartement was ruim opgezet, alles was aanwezig. Erg fijn ontvangen door de gastheer Stefan. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar

De ramen op de andere kamers als je die open wou zetten, geen mooi uitzicht en vochtige lucht.De gordijnen gingen niet goed open dicht omdat de rails te dicht op elkaar zaten. Wij hebben tijdens ons verblijf deze niet gebruikt

Prijskwaliteit was het zeer goed in orde! Zeer Ruime studio met 2 badkamers en 2 toiletten. Keuken heeft alle faciliteiten.

Chille locatie, schoon, maar bovenal een super vriendelijke service!!

Het is een oud appartement maar dat zie je van te voren als op de foto’s, dus dat vonden wij niet erg. Mocht je van modern houden dan moet je het niet boeken.

Mauvaise expérience

La personne qui nous a accueillis et qui était présentée comme la femme de ménage était absolument charmante!

Nous étions déjà venus il y a 2 ans et nous avions eu un bel appartement rénové. Quelle déception cette fois avec un appartement hyper vétuste qui ne correspondait d’ailleurs pas à celui que nous avions choisi, ni dans la description ni dans les photos. L’appartement nous a donné le cafard et nous avons du coup passé tout notre temps dehors. Pas de savon pour la douche et frigo pas allumé à notre arrivée… Mauvaise expérience donc cette fois pour un prix bien trop cher pour ce qui est offert. Après vérification, aucune photo de cet appartement ne figure dans l’annonce sur Booking. Vu les lieux ce n’est certainement pas un hasard mais du coup l’offre est malheureusement mensongère. On est fort déçu!

Grand living lumineux. Et vue extérieure agréable sur le parking mais aussi sur de jolies maisons. Tout proche de la mer et des commerces. Parking facile.

Immeuble vieillissant et aménagements de l’appartement plutot anciens. Douche dans une baignoire. À refaire. pommeau de douche à remplacer ou à détartrer de toute urgence.
