My stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish and I would return without hesitation.

I loved the beautifully decorated interior, with calm, serene colours, fabrics and attention to detail that created a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were discreet, highly professional, and always made me feel well looked after. The breakfast was superb, and the service in the salon was excellent throughout my stay. The room was impeccably clean, beautifully appointed, and I genuinely could not fault any aspect of the hotel.

There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like about my stay. Everything met or exceeded my expectations, and there was nothing at all to complain about.

Luxurious stay in a posh seaside town.

Very beautiful building and decor, friendly staff, amazing breakfast, nice rooms and shower. Walking distance to to we n and the beach. Also has a golf cart for rent.

No food available at night. We found one Resto that delivers though. The local restaurants especially Rubens are excellent but sometimes my legs were too tired to get out again at night.

Wonderful hotel in Knokke, definitely one of my favourites!

The staff is super friendly and professional! The breakfast is fantastic. I also love the way the whole ground floor is decorated, especially the bar/lounge area is very nice and cozy.

Breakfast only starts from 8am During our stay, they were fixing something in the loft so it was very loud in our room from very early in the morning. It would have been nice to have been warned about this.

Best place to stay in Knokke

We have stayed already a few times in the Britannia. For us, this is the best place to stay in Knokke. The location is quite central, the design is elegant, although cozy.The staff is always present and happy to help. The breakfast is various and of excellent quality. We feel welcome in the Britannia Hotel and will definitely be back.

To make the place perfect, we would love to have a pool. But that is really the one and only thing that we miss here. The rest is just perfect for us.

Good hotel but staff doesn't know how to work with a computer.

Great location. Very good breakfast options. Very big rooms with big TV screen and very nice shower with cork-wood flooring. A lot of comfort and also very quiet.

Unfortunately the hotel didn't process my credit card deposit correctly. As a result a good chunk of my credit card limit was reserved for 2+ weeks and I had to go through a long and needless procedure to fix it as I had already paid my bill in full with cash during check-out.

More service. We had to look for a parking space on the street for the car. The machine didn't work, no help at reception, no help with luggage. The room was very dark and no view from the window

Hospitality runs in their DNA

Very helpful and welcoming staff. They kindly offered us a 1/2 bottle of champagne for my companion's birthday and prepared a breakfast tray the day I missed breakfast. The hotel's location is great, walking distance from the beach and Zoute and 10mins drive from the Zwin nature reserve. The hotel has been entirely refurbished and has a contemporary and cosy feel. We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend Hotel Britannia for its charm, quality and hospitality

The moment you enter the hotel you immediately feel welcome there! Which is not always the case at budget hotels.. Well deserved 10 points for that alone! Very pleasant and professional staff is there to greet you at the reception and provide with all the necessary. Very beautiful lounge. Although we did not have breakfast at the hotel, the breakfast offer looked very appealing. The location is great. Still very central but a little bit aside from the busy streets. Besides, parking on the street is for free on weekdays.

I was missing an extra power socket in the room. In order to charge a phone one has to disconnect the table lamp.

Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal, von der Rezeption bis zum Frühstück. Sehr schöne Zimmer, mit bequemen Betten. Sehr saubere Zimmer mit Valentinstag-Überraschung! Tolles Frühstücksbuffet!

Beim Frühstück waren leider zu viele Hunde, dadurch sehr unruhig. Warum müssen Hunde auf dem Schoß der Besitzer sitzen und vom Tisch gefüttert werden und das Personal sagt nichts ?
