Enjoyable ambiance, great location near beach, excellent staff and breakfast. Showering was too difficult.

Location, fresh interior, nice staff and delicious breakfast.

Tub, shower were dangerously slippery and got water everywhere. Bar was not open post summer season.

Mildly acceptable 3.5 star hotel

Helpf and trusting cashier with a problem I had . Thank you. Lobby seating areas comfortable

Not really up to 4 star standard. No ramp at entrance for disabled users. Impossibly low dining tables in restaurant. Slow service also. Industrial scale air con in room so increbly noisy and didn't cool well the2 rooms Slippery tiles in poorly designed shower. No armchair in room Amateur desk personnel that had difficulty giving information.

It is a nice hotel. Location superbe and great for a short stay. Private parking is so convenient. And the styling of the hotel is nice.

It is not very personal, staff is friendly but that's it. Not that extra step to make the stay special. The restaurant was poor quality, not a great chef. With a little bit of extra effort, this could be a fantastic 9/10 hotel.

Brilliant - cant wait for a return trip

We always enjoy this hotel and find it a delight to stay there. The staff are excellent especially Martine at reception. She is always so kind and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble.

we are comming back

The room was really spacious en clean. Little balcony that allows you to see the hussle of Knokke. Really nice staff and breakfast was excellent. The location is great near teh beach in the city center. We are definitly comming back

The parking is extra which is for the price of the hotel a bit expensive. But this is knokke so you pay a bit more.

At least 20 times at Knokke... Lugano Hotel was the best, ever.

An excellent and warm welcome. We were surrounded by a very friendly, polite and courteous staff. The Lugano Hotel will be our hotel for the next stays in Knokke.

Tolles familiengeführtes Hotel

Ein familiengeführtes Hotel in toller Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, guter Service. Das Frühstück gibt es bis 11:30, daher auch für Langschläfer bestens geeignet. Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen, wir werden es wieder buchen.

Fijn hotel midden in het centrum.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, schone kamer en fijne bedden. Locatie is echt perfect en fijn dat er een parkeerplaats bij geboekt kan worden. Ontbijt is een optie, je kunt elke dag zelf bepalen of je aanschuift of toch besluit in 't dorp een ontbijt zaakje op te zoeken.

Kamers kunnen wat gehorig zijn en in de wintermaanden is de bar op dinsdag, woensdag gesloten.
