Wonderful weekend with grandchildren in a wonderful place with friendly people!

We were traveling with young grandchildren for whom the outdoor and indoor playgrounds were perfect! We were there overnight and had four meals there (lunch, merienda, dinner and breakfast. The food was excellent, the portions were copious and the persons serving the meals were very friendly and very capable! As we were five, we stayed in a large room with two floors, two bedrooms and a fold-out bed. The accomodations were clean and comfortable. The view from our room was also marvelous.

Outstanding family hotel!

Rooms are well appointed and enormous; service is attentive and efficient and the soundproofed soft play overlooking the excellent restaurant is genius.

The sand in the huge outdoor playground makes no sense to us if you’re staying in the hotel.

Room with a view on fields

Design and quality of the materials of the room. A lot of space in the family room. Open view we had on the fields. Nice breakfast. Free parking. It was raining so we could not enjoy the terrasse but with sunshine is a real plus.

Great place to stay outside but close to the town

A great place to stay in Knokke if you don't mind to be a bit further away from the beach. Close to the railway station and the main shopping street, but still outside of the town itself we found a modern, very spacious room with a great view. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of quality products - for those who like it, the filet américain is to be recommended. We also had lunch in the restaurant, and enjoyed it a lot.

The hotel is not very cheap, and it takes some time to get to the beach. And not everyone that tries to speak Dutch should be addressed automatically in French...

Very clean and large rooms. Great bathroom equipment. Large terrasse with huge window bay, fantastic feeling in the morning.

The room looked empty. The floor of the room is made of tiles only, no carpets. Doesn't bring a feeling of comfort.

Relaxing and calm

Wonderful place to spend few days with your family in peace. Room was more then spacious and very clean! . Relatively close to the sea, you'll enjoy the walk anyway.

Breakfast was good - some of the waiters are still learning and at times a bit slow.

Un petit déjeuner et déjeuner de très grande qualité, la bienveillance incroyable du personnel ! En tant que francophone un accueil a ce point rarement rencontré . Côté pratique, un parking digne de ce nom.

Heerlijk verblijf voor het gezin

Ruime kamer, of eigenlijk: appartement met 2 slaapkamers (we kozen de 6-persoonsoptie). Comfortabele bedden. Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel. Prachtige speeltuinen buiten EN binnen, helaas viel het weer wat tegen dus weinig gebruik gemaakt van de buitenspeeltuin. Ook het ontbijt was voortreffelijk.

Qua locatie zijn de meeste dingen in centrum Knokke net te ver om te lopen, dus je moet voor alles de auto/taxi pakken. Maar dit wisten we van tevoren. Ik miste misschien nog wat extra glazen op de kamer, je hebt wel een koelkastje en enorm aanrecht, maar geen gerei oid verder.

Gastvrij hotel met mooie ruime kamers en veel faciliteiten voor kinderen.

Hier voel je je echt een welkome gast. Ben al in veel hotels geweest (ook 5*) over de hele wereld en nergens zo gastvrij ontvangen als hier. Het hotel is nieuw en mooi ingericht. Kamers ruim. Ontbijtbuffet compleet. Wij waren met 4 volwassenen maar voor gezinnen met kinderen is het ook zeker aan te raden. Veel faciliteiten voor kinderen maar daar hadden wij totaal geen last van. Rustig gelegen maar op loopafstand van centrum en strand. Ik kom hier zeker nog eens terug!

Proper, vriendelijk en luxe voor een gezin! De kinderen hebben er alles wat ze willen in de speeltuinen, de ouders de luxe en comfort om rustig te genieten.

Break détente en famille

L’amabilité du personnel, les infrastructures (parfaite pour les familles avec enfants car les plaines de jeux intérieure et extérieure sont vraiment super), le petit déjeuner était délicieux et varié. C’était vraiment un très agréable moment. Nous y retournons dans 4 mois d’ailleurs.

Le site indique la présence d'un micro-onde dans la chambre mais ni micro-ondes ni vaisselle présentes hormis verres et tasses. Il y a effectivement un restaurant mais j'estime qu'au vu de la magnifique chambre, nous pourrions en profiter davantage ainsi que de la terrasse en y savourant juste un plat à réchauffer. Dommage qu'avec la taille de la brasserie ce soit si bruyant.

Super, we komen graag terug!

Zeer goed verzorgd hotel met fijne medewerkers, het was erg druk toen wij er waren ( Pasen ) maar de medewerkers deden er alles aan om het verblijf zo goed mogelijk te maken. Ontbijt en het eten is zeer goed. De meneer van het ontbijt is zeer vriendelijk en prettig, alsmede de dame van het hotel ( ik denk eigenaresse) in bloemenjurk. Alles is schoon en goed georganiseerd, de speeltuinen voor de kinderen zijn heel leuk en verzorgd.

De medewerker in de middag / avond, rond de 40/50 jaar, kort en donker haar was kort en niet gastvrij. Dit mocht de pret niet drukken, verder was alles perfect!
