Hotel feels a bit like a business hotel.

Staff was nice and breakfast was excellent.

I guaranteed the reservation through my credit card. According to booking.com my card would be charged during my stay. However a week before my stay the hotel contacted me. They refused i pay by credit card and requested a wire transfer of the full amount a week before the stay or they would cancel my reservation. This is not correct.

Weekend getaway in Knokke

It is just beside the train station of Knokke so it is easy to arrive to the hotel by train coming from Brussels. The staff are very welcoming - higher level of customer service compared to other parts of Belgium. The hotel is modern and the surrounding buildings are also new, with two groceries next door, nice restaurants within 5 min walking and a shopping street 10 mins by walking from the hotel. Everything can be accessed through an iPad in the room (aircon - although it was not as cold, room lighting, room service, TV channels, alarm, etc).

When you take a shower, the water leaks out of the shower into the living area. The TV is huge and it’s placement was badly planned because it blocks the sink area and the coffee area. The bathroom amenities were almost empty and the hand wash soap was « refilled » with water so it was barely of a soap content. It is quite far from the Knokke beach (about 20-30 mins walking).

Zen, Clean, Modern Hotel

The hotel is brand new and has a very zen vibe to it. The room was large, comfortable, and modern. There was a huge balcony. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the beach. It can be a little tricky finding the parking lot, but it is free and convenient. The customer service was excellent — the front desk was super helpful making dinner reservations for us.

This is a minor suggestion for the hotel — there should be better signage for how to get to the elevator on the upper floors. It’s a little confusing and could be dangerous in an emergency.

Not worth the price (yet), a hotel with potential.

+ Beautifully decorated & great interior design + Comfortable bed + Nice atmosphere + Very friendly staff at the breakfast place

- Room wasn’t clean at all (hairs of previous guests in bathroom and toilet area - cleaned after reporting) - No hand wash, you had to get it in the shower to then wash your hands in the hand wash area (apparently they are ordering extra hand wash as other guests mentioned it was inconvenient) - No hot water in the hand wash area, I had to wash baby bottles in the shower (ignored, as they had staff check and they mentioned it was fine which it was not) - When using the toilet at night, or while moving in the room at night (to prepare a bottle e.g.), the light goes on automatically (handy) and stays on for several minutes afterwards (not so handy). It was so bright that you and the baby were wide awake after every feeding moment. (was a safety measure done on purpose) - If you don’t book well in advance your place at breakfast, chances are very high there is no availability. I did mention these issues during the stay and were waved away.

Nice hip hotel but not really our style.

Good location. Closeby the station and the shopping area. Hotel just opened. Modern rooms in Scandinavian style. Great bed. Very silent room. Nice breakfast.

Some finishing touches in the bathroom were missing. Glass from the balcony very dirty. Everything via domotica with the tablet which is very modern, but when we entered the room there was very loud lounge music playing and it took us a while to figure out we needed to use the tablet and where to find everything (lights). Bathroom very modern but not very practical with the shower in the midst of the room, so that you have wet feet if you need to go to the toilet. No hangers for bath towels. Very small mirror in the bathroom as well. Breakfast was quite busy, young and inexperienced staff that still needed to grow in the job. Had to wait quite a long time before we got our food, but it was really nice! Also asked for gluten-free bread and it tasted really good!

We enjoyed the hotel very much. Stayed in a 6person suite very roomy and nice. Breakfast was excellent.

Had meer verwacht!

Nieuw, Zeer goede bedden!

Het licht in het toilet springt automatisch aan, zodat s’nachts iedereen wakker schiet. De deur van het toilet is 100% transparant glas waardoor je 0% procent privacy hebt. Je zit letterlijk midden in je kamer te kakken! Leuk voor de andere! En regendouche is fantastisch als er veel water uitkomt. Hier waren het druppels 💧 Waarschijnlijk voor bezuinigingen evenals het warmwater dat lauw is maar niet heel warm. Het is ook niet een echt hotel…. Geen bar geen lobby geen gemeenschappelijke ruimtes…..

Uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor een weekendje in Knokke

Heel leuke sfeer, vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamers en lekker restaurant. Parking onder het hotel en uitstekend bereikbaar bij het binnenrijden van Knokke maar toch nog op wandelafstand van hoofdstraat.

We sliepen niet zo goed, doordat het licht in toilet te veel licht geeft als iemand opstaat. Dat zou misschien beter wat gedimd kunnen worden.

Mooi, niet geweldig

Heel mooie kamer, voorzien van moderne snufjes. Parking onder het hotel is mooi meegenomen. De vriendelijkheid, behulpzaamheid en ontvangst van de dame aan de receptie was geweldig. Ook de faciliteiten van het bijhorende ontbijt/lunch/brunch restaurant waren fantastisch. Heel lekker ontbijt, toffe sfeer en vriendelijke bediening.

Wij hadden wel wat lawaai van stromend water van de badkamers van bovenliggende appartementen, wat niet de nachtrust ten goede kwam. Douchekop in de douche was vuil en werkte niet naar behoren. Het licht in het toilet wordt automatisch geactiveerd met een lichtsensor maar als je met glazen deuren werkt, is ineens de hele kamer wel verlicht.

Prachtig!

Prachtig hotel! Mijn droom interieur in een hotelkamer, dat is genieten. Lekkere drankjes, chips, nootjes die je kon nemen zonder meerprijs.

Extra aandacht aan het poetsen geven, zo het bleke interieur mooi blijft, de plinten waar bijvoorbeeld heel stoffig.

Kamer was zeer modern en ruim. Alles eenvoudig en digitaal te bedienen. Ontbijt besteden ze uit, maar was ook super. We hadden ook het geluk een upgrade te krijgen, we hadden voor dezelfde prijs een enorm ruime kamer. De wasplaats is wel open, dus meer gericht op stellen.

Er is geen aparte bar en de ontbijt/lunchzaak waar je iets kan drinken is na lunchtijd niet echt sfeervol. We misten echt het 'bargevoel'.

Top locatie met vriendelijke mensen en ongelooflijk ontbijt.

Mooi gebouw, goede locatie, vriendelijk personeel en fantastisch ontbijt (extra te betalen). De kleine mankementen later vermeld doen er geen afbreuk aan dat het hier altijd een zeer aangenaam verblijf is.

Deurbel aan de deur van de parking werkte niet naar behoren, waardoor we met koffers helemaal om moesten lopen omdat we de lift niet konden bereiken. De waterkranen in de douche zijn niet logisch geplaatst en hinderen elkaar. Ondanks dat dit een recent gebouwd hotel is, zijn er links en rechts al wat zaken die aangepakt mogen worden ifv onderhoud.

Locatie top, mooie kamers Koffie, théé, drankjes en knabbels inbegrepen is super fijn Zeepjes en lotion steeds van topmerken, super fijn Ook het ontbijt beneden ( niet inbegrepen ) werkt met topproducten, alles lekker vers, en super vriendelijk personeel. Alles bij elkaar, tot op heden voor ons een toppertje 👍🏻 D en P
