Location. breakfast was ok

Bathroom ceiling patched up large hole over sink. old fashioned shower. glass door in bathroom to balcony with see through blind not private. We put a towel over the glass door. Noise from other rooms people talking no soundproofing. Have never stayed in such a noisy hotel the walls must be paper thin. bathroom next to our room could hear the water running at 6am. Honesty bar, beer, water or coke No wine. The reviews are misleading, not as i expected. car park is difficult to park very small. road parking better and a whole lot cheaper. I don’t think this hotel is value for money, I have never stayed it such a substandard room. we were told there were two rooms available, if our room was better i dread to think what the others were like.

Location was perfect. On walking distance from all the stores and boulevard. It is great that the villa has its own parking space for the car. The breakfast was fabulous. A huge variety of freshly prepared sandwiches, vegetables, meat, cheese and fish. Eggs were prepared, juices were served. All you can think of! The staff was super friendly and did everything to make our stay perfect. An excellent place.

Unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of service. Most likely some maintenance was required.

Definitely worth a return visit

Fantastic location. Great hosts. I like the fact that each room is named after a famous opera! Great room with large furnished balcony. Will definitely stay there again.

Nothing really except that there probably should be some kind of a sign available on the door in the event that you don’t want to be disturbed by housekeeping.

Tried this hotel for a romantic getaway, the closed facilities made this hotel sad.

The breakfast was amazing! A very friendly host. Good coffee and a nice setting.

The bed was a torture device. Please replace. The rooms are dated. Urgently needs an update. The swimspa was empty, sad view. The bar and terrace was closed the day we were there (high season) the curtains in the room are not adequate to keep the light out in the morning.

Excellent buffet, we were also able to sit outside lon the lovely terrasse, which was nice. I did not feel like something was missing. Parking is available but you need to reserve which is not indicated. They still offered me one place which was great.The jaccuzzi is ok.

The room I booked was tiny but calm, there is no air condition which did not bother me, a fan would have been nice. Unfortunately the jaccuzzi seems not to funtion on every level and there were some green algue spots, though we ignored these details and enjoyed it

Very pleasant stay in this small boutique hotel

We stayed two nights in this wonderful small and cosy hotel. The owners Ann and Yves are very friendly and helpful. We booked a standard room. We appreciated the Nespresso machine with free cups and the fridge in the room. The bed was very comfortably. It was a small room but very cosy and tastefully decorated. In this COVID 19 lockdown period, we have appreciated the possibility to have a diner in the hotel. They order very nice food from a cook/traiteur in the neighbourhood, and serve it in a wonderful decorated room next to yours, or in the breakfast area at the ground floor. The food was delicious!! Also the breakfast was superb. Everything you need was there: fresh orange juice, fresh fruit salad, croissants, eggs, etcetera. We would definetly recommend this hotel !

Alles ging goed! Leuke kamer, superverzorgd ontbijt en heel lieve mensen!

Het viel niet tegen maar ik was gelukkig dat mijn man op en vooral van de parking reed. Volgende week keer ik terug en dan hoop ik dat iemand me zal helpen om van de parking te rijden. Wel super dat we in het drukke Knokke onze wagen kwijt konden.

Locatie is geweldig, je bent binnen een paar minuten op het strand of in de winkelstraat. Het ontbijt is goed verzorgd en de eigenaren zijn heel attent. De kamer zelf is okay maar klein en heel gehorig. De bedden zijn klein en de wc trok niet goed door. Een beetje oud allemaal en daar betaal je toch heel fors voor. Vond ik het niet helemaal waard.

Het is allemaal wel oud en de bedden klein. Prijs/kwaliteits verhouding klopt niet helemaal maar de eigenaren maken heel veel goed en zijn enorm gastvrij en vriendelijk.
