Great location near the beach and and near to the centre of the town. very friendly staff. bathrooms and bedroom furniture need updating. coffee machine in room but no pods or milk, which have to be purchased from reception. Breakfast is expensive.

Breakfast was good.

Feels like 3 star hotel at most. The hotel charges 5 euros for a Nespresso capsule to be consumed in the room and does not allow for use of your own capsules (note that a capsule Costs 30 cents). They also charged a nightly extra for my medical assistance dog, which is absolutely unacceptable. No extra for dogs was mentioned.

Week end stay

We stayed in the VP suite, deemed for 5 but that could welcome 8+ easily. Separate room for the kids with 2 double beds and own TV 👍. Very neat, comfortable, owner really flexible (check out late afternoon Sunday), in room service with truly delicious food, very generous plates. Great location, 200m from the beach and same to the shops. Secure parking. All you need for a great relaxing week end for both parents and children 😁

nur die Nähe zum Strand. Die Lage des Zimmers ( zur Straße hin ) war sehr laut. Insbesondere, dass es den Gästen ermöglicht wird bis weit nach Mitternacht in der unter dem Zimmerfenster liegenden Terrasse zu feiern.

Im Zimmer war alles da, damit die Ausstattungskriterien für einen Stern mehr erfüllt werden. Es lag aber alles rum, da kein Platz für die Sachen da ist. Ganz zu schweigen von den Kofferinhalten, die man ja gerne auspacken würde. Die Zimmerwände sind mit Tischlerplatten getrennt und weiß über lackiert worden. Einfacher geht es nicht mehr. Das Bad ist zwar eng aber hat eine neue schöne Duschkabine. Die Zimmertür und die Badezimmertür kann man nicht einfacher herstellen. Der Fußboden ist schwarz lackiert, was für die reinigung vielleicht praktisch ist aber für eine Nutzung eher an den Untergrund eines Bodens im Heizungskeller ( Schutzanstrich ) erinnert. Für so eine Ausstattung 330,00 € zu verlangen ist schon eine ziemliche Unverfrorenheit!

Zeer veel lawaai (straat en terras). Super onvriendelijke hotelverantwoordelijke. Ontvangst was enkel overhandiging van een sleutel, zonder enige uitleg (bv waar de lift is). Hittegolf maar donsdeken om vrieskou te trotseren. Op de kamer wel een koffietoestel maar geen tasjes noch koffie…

Service pas du tout à la hauteur du prix payé, hôtel à éviter

Le rapport qualité prix est desastreux. Il y a un entassement de vieux meubles et objets pas beaux qui surchargent chaque pièce . On a l’impression d’être chez une vieille tante radin . Dans la chambre 1 cafetière sans dosette . Pour avoir 1 dosette de café il faut payer 6€. La chambre n’est pas digne d’un 4*, on a l’impression que le temps s’est arrêté ! Le petit déjeuner est vraiment médiocre et à plus de 30€ c’est vraiment le pire que nous ayons eu depuis le début de notre séjour.

Ik kom zeker terug!

Locatie is top voor mij aangezien ik er met mijn hondje verblijf en je kan op de river woods beach op het strand los lopen gedurende de hele dag. De honden mogen ook los in de tuin van het hotel. Ik bestelde ook een spaghetti en de portie was zeker voldoende, ook heel lekker!

L’hôtel Approach est parfait pour un séjour au calme près de la plage.

L’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. L’emplacement de l’hôtel, au calme, un peu décentré par rapport au centre de Knokke mais au calme et tout près de la plage.

L’emplacement juste l’emplacement… le reste catastrophique !

JE ME SUIS FAITE AGRESSER verbalement par le vieux patron!!! Dingue… je suis choquée…je voyage bcp et ça ne m’est jamais arrivée… Pour commencer les photos sur le site Booking ne correspondent pas à la réalité des chambres : tout est vieux… démodé : le lit avec son cache matelas en satin à froufrou 😂 les vieux meubles qui traînent partout , la moquette des couloirs… ET wifi, Tv qui ne fonctionnent pas. En le signalant gentiment, le patron (sale sur lui aussi) m’a envoyé balader de façon incorrecte… par contre il a su me demander 39 euros par nuit en plus pour mon petit chien de 4kgs( les hôtels où je passent ne me font pas payer car tout petit chien et surtout il aurait pu faire un geste vu le désagrément de la TV…) il s’est dont mis en colère noire et vraiment m’a hurlé dessus (j’ai la vidéo pour preuve!!!) je suis profondément choquée et envisage une procédure avec Booking… J’ai donc payé 550 euros pour 2 nuits sans dej et 78 euros pour mon petit chien!!! SACHEZ QUE TOUT se paye chez lui : 39 euros un simple petit déjeuner avec 9 euros de supplément pour le jus d’orange (on rêve!!!)… 10 euros pour un œuf brouillé mdr… il demande 39 euros par jour de parking alors qu’au final ça revient moins cher dans la rue sécurisée… BREF IL EST TEMPS vu les autres commentaires négatifs (j’aurais du les lire avant je confirme) que ce monsieur prenne sa retraite tout comme son hôtel!!!! Et svp Booking : retirez le de votre site… et sur le site de son hôtel : les prix ne correspondent pas à sa réalité… mensonges…

Voor herhaling vatbaar!

ZEER vriendelijk personeel, kom je nog weinig tegen!! Chapeau! Prive garage aanwezig, ik kreeg zelfs hulp met mijn bagage. Ruime,propere en comfortabele kamer. Een goed bed om in te slapen, meer moet dat niet zijn.

Chambre confortable. Serviettes, peignoirs savons etc extra. Matelas rebondissant quand le partenaire se retourne. Personnel sympathique, efficace et serviable: bravo. Choix de produits et qualité pour un excellent petit déjeuner mais un peu cher pour les petits appétits. Magnifique jardin.

La chambre étaient impeccable et très confortables. Nous avons également apprécié le délicieux petit-déjeuner et nous avons adoré l'emplacement idéal à proximité des locaux des loisirs. Le personnel est très serviable.
