Excellent!

Great apartment, easy check-in with clear instruction, full equipped also for long stays, spacious living room, comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Nice the outdoor patio, with BBQ I would love to enjoy if time allows the next visit.

great location, minutes from Knokke rail and tram stations and joining on to the main shopping street. comfortable and clean. friendly messaging from the owner

minimal kitchen supplies - e.g. one fork and one spoon in the cutlery drawer for a place that sleeps three! no kitchen soap or washing-up liquid. no shower gel or shampoo and just a few ml of soap in the bathroom. someone else’s rubbish left in the bathroom bin. the bathroom is accessed through the main bedroom and the single bed is in the living room, so it’s all quite intimate!

The apartment was located in a prime location. Only a 10 minute walk to the dike. The apartment was very clean and everything was provided. Loved the furnishing and attention to details. Super sweet hosts and very easy to reach! I would definitely come back here.

Onze overnachting in dit appartement in Knokke was ronduit schandalig. Het appartement was extreem vuil bij aankomst De vloer was smerig, overal vuil en haren op de grond. De badkamer was in een afschuwelijke staat: het toilet was niet proper, de douche liep niet door waardoor het water bleef staan, en hygiëne leek hier totaal geen prioriteit. De keuken was vuil en onverzorgd. Het ergste van alles: de lakens van het bed waren vies, met zelfs bloedvlekken. Dat is totaal onaanvaardbaar en ronduit walgelijk. Bovendien lag het bed ook nog eens zeer slecht. Dit appartement is absoluut niet klaar om gasten te ontvangen. Voor deze prijs en op deze locatie verwacht je op z’n minst basis hygiëne, maar die ontbrak volledig. Wij komen hier nooit meer terug en raden dit verblijf ten zeerste af!

Perfecte ligging, op wandelafstand àlles bereikbaar Groot huis, we waren met 3 volwassenen en 1 kindje, dus er was voldoende ruimte.

Afwerking is aan vervanging toe. Er was gepoetst maar mag een nieuwe grondige poetsbeurt krijgen.

Leuk verblijf, zeer goeie locatie ! Alles was aanwezig en zeer vlotte communicatie !

Perfecte locatie dichtbij tramhalte. Goed bed en ruime douche. Vlot inchecken dankzij sleutelkastje. Ook geen probleem om iets vroeger in te checken als voorzien !

Prijs voor 1 nacht nogal aan de hoge kant maar natuurlijk gelegen in Knokke wat steeds iets duurder is. Als koppel zou ik er niet verblijven (te duur) maar zoals wij met 2 koppels wel betaalbaar door het delen van de kosten.

Logement dans un état inadmissible : literie sale (même après remplacement), réfrigérateur non vidé, micro-ondes avec des miettes, sol sous le lit rempli de morceaux de verre et de chips, table de nuit grasse, hotte couverte de taches de graisses jaunes et douche avec de la moisissure. Je n’ai jamais vu ça sur Booking.com !

Foto's en reviews waren erg misleidend. In alle aspecten uitgeleefd appartement, ingericht met grotendeels 2de hands meubilair en slecht onderhouden. Achterdeur naar de koer (aangrenzend aan andere woningen) niet afsluitbaar. Bovenburen luidruchtig tot laat in de nacht. Geurhinder in de gang. Zwaar overprijsd.
