no stay , they just took the money

The receptionist was friendly when he picked up the phone. He took the time to listen . However the answer was positive he was 'unable' to take any decision

As i mentioned , i contacted them several times by mail / phone that the booking was the result of a software-malfunction ! They were unable to undo the booking (even as i reported it 30 min. after booking) , truly they did NOTHING ! Result , they took about 145 euro , from my mastercard , to do nothing ! This smells like scam and as we did an anomynous call late in the evening they even told us that there was a room available due to a customer noshow , i'm quite sure it is !

super friendly and comfortable stay in family-owned hotel

incredibly helpful and friendly staff in this small family-owned boutique hotel not far from the beach and most of the things to do in Knokke. Bathroom nicely renovated, cute little outdoor area and interesting art spruced around the property

the bedroom itself could do with a refresh. don’t get me wrong, everything is super clean and comfortable but it’s just the style that might do with a small makeover

Prima locatie, smakelijk en. Verzorgd ontbijt . Top service en heel vriendelijk personeel.

De kamer was verzorgd, beetje ouderwets. Wel goed bed . We hoorden veel geluiden van de kamer boven ons.

Bien situé, au calme. Bonne adresse

Accueil chaleureux et familial. Chambre de bon goût et salle de douche très confortable avec tout ce qu’il fallait. Petit déjeuner très agréable. Peut-être mettre une Nespresso?

Seul dommage, peut-être était-ce seulement dans ma chambre mais trop de lumière de l’extérieur malgré le store.

Vriendelijkheid van alle personeel in alle omstandigheden. Hygiëne en orde. Lekker, verzorgd ontbijt. Prima ligging!

Eigenlijk géén minpuntjes. Persoonlijk hebben wij wel graag een 'mini-tafeltje' op de kamer voor koffie, een detail...

Gezellig, compact hotel met bijzonder vriendelijke eigenaresse. Goed gelegen in een rustig stuk van de laan. Eigen parking. Hadden geen tijd voor het ontbijt, dat er echter zeer goed uit zag. We komen terug !
