The location and staff was very nice

The hotel really needs refreshing and shower with curtain is not valuable. A lot of noise. Breakfast was industrial. Very hot in the room even it was not hot outside.

An interesting experience in a very nice garden.

The restaurant was good though the service was very slow. Very nice garden and easy parking.

Old style hotel with certain charm and a lovely garden being refurbished with work still needed to be done, not well isolated from noise from adjoining rooms. Reception, stairs, hallways and some rooms need freshening up as decoration, paint and carpets are worn out. I found expensive in a ratio quality/price due to the overall conditions of the establishment.

Nice old fashioned hotel with a lovely garden in the front to have a drink or snack in

It badly needs a refurbish - it needs painting and the bathroom is very old fashioned

the ensuite bathroom needs an upgrade, as do some of the common parts, but this wouldn’t stop me staying here again

breakfast was nice and tasty presented in a cozy way location is perfect for outings in the zoute zwin reserve and towards Holland

no kettle in the room the carpet was worn out the first room was not with separated beds as requested but a quick room change solved the problem

Delightful

We had a lovely room overlooking the garden, which is beautiful. We asked for a kettle (English tea is the best!) and we got a kettle, a coffee machine, milk, sugar and sweetness - so kind.

The lounges, dining rooms, etc could do with an update, but it is very comfortable.
