it’s like a small castle with a large beautiful garden. breakfast was included with seasonal options.
we got our baby crib which is nice, however there is no hot water or boiler in the room we were looking for hot water for milk powder in the early morning , but there was nobody on shift.. i have walk in the neighborhood and found a store to ask for some warm water …but after knowing our trouble , the stuff offered us the bottled water and boiler in the room for baby which is nice.
room renovation is bit of out of date but it’s low price in Bruge! so it is a good value :)close to down town 5 mins driving.

Reception was empty had to wait to be checked in. Staff member was rude and couldn't be bothered to give any useful information. Just that we had to pay extra for our dog for 40 Euros.
My dog was actually filthy after walking on the carpets. Walls were covered in dirt and marks . Cobwebs everywhere! Rooms were basic. Towels had holes in. Couldn't open window as there was no safety lock on it. Waited in reception to complain and staff member just walked off.
Talking to another guest who had also complained about her room as someone was already in there. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. As it is not up to one star standard.
