No real air-conditioning, noisy machinery in a room (portable air fan unit), no pressure in a shower, shower gel dispenser broken, bathroom light switch broken, shampoo dispenser didn't work, breakfast was tiny (1 hot meat item) and not replenished.

Good stay but saw no one

Clean. Nice room. Huge bathroom. Great location, right near a free parking. No noise. Good bed. Spacious enough.

The hallways smelled of cigarette smoke a bit. Old elevator. We never saw 1 person of staff, for that price I would expect some customer service.

Near public transport, the promenade 1 minute walk away, a lift to the 3 floors, very helpful staff, outside seating (garden)

It's not a hotel.....Very disappointing.....

A clean room and bed to sleep in. Free parking outside.

Breakfast cancelled - apparently due to heating failure, even though heating was ok. Cold room on arrival - had to wait for radiators to heat up the room once we turned them on. Double room with coffee / tea facilities but only one cup. No staff on site - DIY check in. Woken early on both mornings due to ongoing works outside - not by hotel and not the hotels fault, but nonetheless a negative.

Everything was perfect. Our room was very clean including the floor. I always walk with my white socks on ( to check how clean 😁) and you can see how clean the room was. The bathroom is very clean and the size is perfect. I love the idea of the bathroom and the toilet. Very friendly staffs and accomodating. Most of all, the parking is free just across the street. I would love to stay the same hotel when we go back to Bruges in summer.
