Breakfast was generally very good, tasty...
Early you come in, more you can get..
Payment on parking
No kettle in room
Dirty bathroom, no towels...
When I report it in reception, offered to me the room without heating...
When I come for breakfast, the lady checking papers which are not compatible with electronic systems, so every customer is persuaded to pay additional price for breakfast.
Coffee machine working on bottled water, so the coffee is limited, customers must ask about card for free drink on reception, the free drink is around 5 ml (bottom of cup )
To get full cap of Coffee/tea, customer must spend near automat 20 minutes or longer...

Breakfast was rather good
We chose the hotel as well for the indoor Pool and Sauna( as we travel with kids), but on the second day we found a note on the pool door, that is is closed for Renovation( the rest of our stay).
We had to cross the reception area when we went to the pool area, clearly visible with our big bag with towels etc to the staff at the desk. They did not even mention that the pool was closed, only when we came back and asked them, the answer was , oh yes, it’s closed.
The apology was rather lush, they told us they didn’t know that the repairs would happen during our stay, it was scheduled to happen earlier.
They offered to deduct the parking fee, but we did not park at the hotel property.
The staff was overall friendly, but nothing really special or attentive.
On the room ceilings there were several blood spots from killed mosquitoes, from previous guests. The shower head leaked a lot.

Food very low quality
No response from the hotel after sending them several messages

- Modern, clean, spacious & well equipped family suite
- private parking
- facilities (bikes rental, swimming pools, sauna, hammam, gym) included in the stay
- breakfast varied with healthy choices
- room’s view on the Zeebrugge’s haven
- good acoustic insulation
- Cost of private parking not included in the stay + pricey
- cleaning the indoor swimming & hammam twice a day in high season is absolutely not enough to reach basic hygiene and safety standards (moss develops on the floor and makes it slippery; floor of changing rooms full of water everywhere)
- sauna out of order without any compensation
- hammam not hot enough and dirty
- since pets are allowed, facilities for them should be provided (cargo bikes, dogs beds)
- no free shuttle bus to go to the beach
- Smell of poorly rinsed dishcloth in the room, disguised by perfume

Totally disappointing. When I booked the hotel based on the photos, it looked nice and clean. But when I arrived, the air conditioning didn't work the first night. It was -30 degrees. I asked the receptionist, and he said he couldn't help. The hotel sauna and hammam weren't working, but no one told me that when I booked online. I didn't read anywhere that the spa was closed. You can open the window, so it was extremely noisy outside, and I had mosquitoes in my room. I couldn't sleep all night. It was horrible. Almost everything in the rooms was broken. The next day, I got a different room, and it was the same. The switches were hanging off the wall, and the furniture was broken. The chairs were completely filthy. The shower drain didn't work. There was water everywhere in the shower. The pool inside was dirty, and the walls were broken. Shocking view.i would never tell anyone to go there.

At first, there was clothes and luggage left in the room from people used before. I was told by the staf just to leave it out of the room but I kept it in case someone will look for those. Later staff called the person and he came to take it back.
Since those was left in the room, it was unclear if the room was cleaned and bedsheets changed properly.
I had pimples all over my body looking like a bites from bed bugs. Still have those 1 week later...
In addition, most of the choices in the menu in the restaurant were not available.

Room was okay
Sent my parents there, and the front desk was extremely rude to them. They didn't speak French at the hotel, which is okay. My parents tried in English and they didn't get anything explained to them. It's quite disappointing.

The room was big and comfortable. The bathroom had both shower gel and shampoo
21€ for breakfast is just an insane ask for any place, especially because people go to Ibis as a budget friendly option! The location was okay, just the city was ugly and under serviced for a touristic area

The Breakfast is nice. The rooms are clean (bit outdated), beds are good. 24h reception is nice and staff is friendly
Gym opens at 10:00. Indoor pool the same. This is very bad as it was one of the reasons I chose this hotel.
Parking fee 15 euro per day that is a bit steep.
21 euros for Breakfast. High, but ok, not outrageous.
Gym and pool should be open at 0700 or 0800 the latest, especially for business travelers

Breakfast was sufficient although sometimes very busy. Room was comfortable and adequate for my stay.
Staff were not always friendly especially at evening meal time- possibly due to a language barrier.
